Asked to keep the lawn cut high because of previous “lawn care professionals” who cut it too low with an edger. The last cut was unecessary and resulted in a dead front lawn (see photos taken on 3/8/19; mowing was finished on or before 2/12/19)! I sent them this e-mail: “Wow! Your guys came out and mowed an already messed up and very short lawn. The edging wasn’t even necessary. I believe I asked you not to keep the lawn short. In addition, we just had our siding completed and the construction debris is still in the grass. When you mowed you mulched debris making it more difficult for me to rake up the garbage. I now have too many spots of mud instead of green grass hoping it will come back in the spring. There isn’t a foot of “LUSH” Lawn left on our property! Please allow our lawn to grow for, at the very least, the next three weeks through mid March before you consider mowing again. And...PLEASE do not use the edger to mow and keep the mower blades high! A heads up for us about the construction debris on your lawn would've be nice too. I'm sorry that you were not happy with our service & we will certainly not charge you for the visit. Marti is impressionable, he is always on time unless it rains, he is very flexible, and he works with you. He is a very good guy. My mom passed away, and I wasn't there to give them the money for the longest time, and he was very understanding.

We have a regular time scheduled and he is always on time. Marty is pleasant while being sensitive to my time and my schedule. He is bright and remembers all that you ask him to do. He reminds me on the days that he is coming. When he arrives he gets right down to work. My yard always looks perfect when he is finished. He has a regular billing system and I have him email the bill to me on a monthly basis. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The owner's name is Marty Rezza. I ran a small business one time in the past; he has done a good job for me, so I understand that this is a good thing to do for them. There's nothing really that they can do better. They consistently do a good job. They move things around as they need to. I just like that they show up all the time; I don't have to call them or talk to them. They come in and do the work; they do it well, and I don't have to worry about it.
