+ 3 moreThese guys were great! Fast, efficient, professional and courteous. They quickly worked up an estimate which was much less than other estimates I received, and they began work within the week. The entire project took one week to complete. They arrived every day at 7:30am and worked until 5-6pm. They were respectful of my personal property, and left my house clean when the project was complete. The only thing MHI didn't do was haul away all the trash/old materials. They left it on the curb for garbage collection. This didn't bother me at all, but may be something others would mind. The estimate did not include all materials. I personally purchased the tub, tub surround, toilet, sink, sink fixtures, vanity, light fixtures, towel rack, shower curtain rod, etc. at Lowes, and MHI picked them up for me. Everything else, slate tile, doors, drywall, paint, and trim was invluded in the price. Next time I do any renovations, I will defeinitely hire these guys again.
Description of Work: Gut bathroom, and install new slate tile, drywall, tub and tub surround, toilet, sink, vanity, baseboards and light fiixtures. Convert old medicine cabinet/laundry hamper to closet. Move A/C return located in old closet, and restore closet space. Remove and replace kitchen floor with slate tile. Paint interior including ceilings, walls and trim. Repair damaged drywall in ceilings around A/C vents. Repair drywall holes. Remove and replace all interior doors. Remove and replace back door (exterior). Remove and replace shed door. Tear down and remove aluminum shed in back yard.
