Description of Work: After meeting him at the home show he was all anxious to get with us the following week after the show. After several calls to him he never returned any of them. We need a chair recliner redone. At the show he said he did that kind of work but never was interested after the show.

Description of Work: I had a chairs and a sofa recovered. Both items had to be returned multiple times because the product they attempted to deliver as compiled products had to go back to their shop due to poor workmanship and 0 attention to detail. The receptionist is rude and calls go unreturned by the sons who run the day to day operation of the business while your furniture sits hostage. Eventually the products were completed satisfactorily. I am not a tuff customer. The problem lies soley with Lionels and their lack of attention to details - apparent poor -or - no inspection process of what they attempted to deliver as completed work and a serious lack of respect for the customer and lack of basic customer service and follow up. I definitely without a doubt will not return to Lionels. Sorry guys you lost my future business and referrals to people I know. Good Luck!

Description of Work: I called to get a quote and they told me to take pics of the 2 chairs to be reupholstered and email them and they would email me back a quote. I immediately took pics and emailed them. It took them over 4 weeks to get back to me and they quoted the exact same price for each chair, even though one was a child's chair with no arms and the other a full size armed chair and hassock. Plus additional for fabric. It just didn't make sense so didn't use them.

+ -1 moreI sent several emails some with pictures of the piece for upholstering. They requested these emails. I spoke to them on the phone. They kept saying they would get back to me. They never did. A real lack of concern for a potential customer with several pieces needing work.
Description of Work: never responded to photos I sent at their request.

+ -1 moreWe dropped the chair off at them. Our experience with them was great. They did a good job. Their price was good compared to the other service providers that we were pricing. They had done work for us before. They were the only ones that looked at re-doing the couch that my wife used. The other service providers looked at it and we were not sure if they knew how to do it as it had a special type of tufting. Leonel's Upholstery did it and it came out perfect. The other service providers that we had brought the chair to were trying to do another method instead of tufting and pulling. This was a while ago. We would be using them again for some other upholstery work.
Description of Work: We have used the services of Leonel's Upholstery three weeks ago for repairing a chair.
