Joe's Lawnmower Shop

I ordered a Toro part from this place that is listed as a Toro dealer. I was told it would be here in 1 week. 8 days later still not here. I'm now having to wait possibly 4 days later. I called Toro who informed me they could have shipped it to me in 2 business days. I was not offered any other solutions or alternative shipping options, at what's supposed to be, a dealer of the brand. As far as how I was handled, it felt very dismissive and unprofessional. I regret doing business with this place.

Made 3 trips for repairs.(2 mowers) Wrong size chords installed and lasted one small cut job. Tune ups failed. One mower didn't start when got home. Other lasted one cut and wouldn't start next use. Think Wade good owner and have bought many units over years. Loyal shopper there. Think repair help not very thorough. Called 3 times to say repairs completed but I had picked up 3 days earlier. Decided that hauling mowers around for recurring issues not worth expense ($600 since May) and reliability. Will buy new mower

Purchased a self-propelled Toro lawn mower. Checked the big box stores and they did not have the selection of various models that Joe's did. I also tried several of the other independent dealers which also did not have the same selection. He took time to explain the differences between the mowers and asked questions about the jobs we expected to do with the equipment ti make sure we were not buying more or less mowere than we needed. His shop people then showed my grandson how to start, mow, and change out the bag/mulcher.He offered to deliver it, but I decided to pick it up Try to get that at Big Box

My gas trimmer was hard to start and hard to keep running. When I described the problem they thought ii could be a coil problem and estimated around $60 OR $70. I was willing to pay it since the trimmer was relatively young and worth saving. I was pleasantly surprised when they called back in a couple of days ( I expected at least a week) and told me they only needed to adjust the carburetor and the bill was $9.00.

They were very very helpful, explaining everything. They were really really good.

Wade, the owner, met me at his warehouse door and used his fork lift to gently lift my ztr from the bed of my pick-up truck. We went to the office and he explained exactly how he would install new mulching blades and a blocking plate on the cutter deck. He gave me an accurate price for the work and finished it on time. Couldn't have been a better experience. They also sell and repair any gas powered yard tool - blowers, string trimmers, chain saws etc.
