Description of Work: We initially asked him to give us a quote for painting and ended up hiring him to repair our balcony also. They painted the entire interior of our home and repaired rotted wood and broken rails on our balcony, then painted it as well. His crew was very nice and professional and we were very satisfied with his work. I wish we had known about them 10 years ago because Jorge and his team do great work and charge a fair and reasonable price!

If you need a true company who is reliable, dependable, honest and quick...J&D Multiservices is the company to use. Don’t Wait.. As a matter of fact, my real estate agent has asked for his card and will be referring J&D Multiservices to all his clients, family and friends. Last year, I used J&D Multiservices (Jorge) and his crew to replace the ceiling in my garage and paint it, and w/in 2 days it was completed. He also replaced rotted wood on the exterior garage door. Everything is truly done at a reasonable price for quality work. It is very hard to get a company that you can trust and depend on. Well, J&D Multiservices is just that company. Thanks so much and of course I will always put J&D Multiservices first on my list to call.
Description of Work: I am trying to sell my home and asked Jorge of J&D Multiservices to do a number of things so that my home would be sellable. Remove wallpaper from Kitchen walls. Paint kitchen and pantry area, replace 3 light fixtures as well as 2 fans w/lights. He painted the soffit around my home and replaced rotted boards on my house and painted that as well. I asked him to please replace the plexiglass round eight pieces on my back patio and he did that for me as well. Replaced the front toilet in my guest bathroom . He made sure all the plumbing was running properly and working correctly. He removed furniture from my home that was not wanted any longer. He replaced the door locks on my entry door and painted that as well. He Replaced my bedroom door and pantry door as well. He replaced old worn out carpet that was in my back patio with nice tile to match the tile that was already on the floor in other areas on the back patio. He disposed of an old window unit that needed to come out of one of the windows. He put down door seals in my home, fixed my front mailbox so it doesn’t come off of the post. He power washed all the cement around my home. He replaced the garbage disposal. He also was contracted to do a deep cleaning on my entire home., which was well worth it, He also replaced rotted wood on my garage door frame and painted it.

Jorge responded to my phone call right away and came out and gave me an estimate to repair the ceiling in my garage as well as a leaky back patio roof. They came in and did the job fast, accurate and in a timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship he and his crew performed .
