+ -1 moreMr Mike was a wonderfully polite man. We've hired him for three different properties, and received great service every time. He is very punctual for the appointments. He goes over all the details of what he was going to be doing at my house, and explains how long the process would take. Very competitive pricing, and is pretty quick to get the finished report to me (other companies I've called are much higher in price and would take far to long to get the finished report to me). He always goes above and beyond expectations. I typically have a TON of questions and he is very courteous to take the time to answer all my questions. He is very highly recommended for anyone needing a home appraisal.
Description of Work: Performed a real estate appraisal on my home in Metairie, so I could see how much property was worth to sell it.
