Salesman made appt. to give free estimate. Price was OK so I scheduled it. The technicians showed up on time. The used tape and plastic to protect walls and cabinets. Performed the work in a timely manner. Cleaned up everything when they finished. Floor looks great.

We had been looking for 18 months for someone to refinsh the real brick floors in a home we purchased that was built in 1968. We tried everything to strip and refinsh the floors ourselves. When we found Hertron, Bob McMyne, the franchise owner, came himself to evaluate our needs. He came from Kenner to Morgan City, about 75 miles away. He gave us a quote and within one week he came back with his crew to do the job. They stripped and sanded the floors. Then, once they were dry, they came back and applied the finish product. Bob returned to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Since completion of the job, he has called us to make sure everything is all right. If we would have found him sooner, we could have been in our home 12 months sooner. If you got to the company web site, you will see that the company can refurbish not only brick but several tile, stone, concrete, & terrazzo floors. They do counter ops and showers as well as interior and exterior. Excellent company.

Used other providers in the past. Without comparison, this was the cleanest, most efficient service that we have experienced. Mr. McMyne's team arrived on time, and completed the job as scheduled. True professionals at their best, and our marble floors look fantastic !!!. We will certainly recommend them to our friends and family.
