I called on a Monday morning because the 2 sinks in my master bathroom were blocked. Lenny said he might be able to come that afternoon or the next day. Well, he was able to come that Monday afternoon and I was extremely happy. He snaked the drain from the roof and it was unclogged but still a little slow. So, he snaked the sink drains as well and they are now draining very well. When I asked the cost he remembered that I had the coupon from Angie's List from the first conversation on the phone and gave me the price. The price was very reasonable and he let me know that it came with a 30 day warranty. I found Lenny to be very professional and honest. I would definitely call him again for any drain problems.

The details are a bit gross. Let's just say the toilet was clogged. We had the brilliant idea we would save money and buy an auger and unclog it ourselves. Except we went to the end of the auger length and didn't hit the clog and when we tried to get the auger out it had caught on some mysterious part of the toilet. My next brilliant idea of using youtube to figure out how to take the toilet off was nixed by the wife. This happened on a Friday night. Our regular plumber let us know he wouldn't make it for the weekend so we called Hebert's. Lenny came out on Saturday and he was professional, got the auger out after some exciting tinkering, got out the clog, and spent some time educating us. He gave us very thoughtful and gave economical advice on a different brand toilet that could avoid our problem since plumber visits could really add up. A few days later the toilet clogged again and we called him again and he communicated with us clearly and promptly as to when he could return, unclogged the toilet, didn't charge us and it has been fine since then. We are planning on following his advice before it can clog again! Can't stress enough that he came across as a decent, down to earth, professional and good guy.

It was the day before New years eve and all through the house no one was stirring not even a mouse for the drains were backed up in our old house. Hebert was prompt and courteous. No problems.

He arrived timely. He used a roto type drain cleaner from the roof vent. This did not open the drain. He tried other types of drain openers at the washing machine and still no results. He recommended replacement of the drain line from the washer to the wall. I agree. He had all the tools and supplies needed to do the job. When the job was complete he thoroughly cleaned the whole work area including the walls. The charges for the whole job was less then some companies wanted for simple drain cleaning. Plumber was a gentleman who went out of his way to finish the job & clean up after himself. Showed us everything he did and why.

Lenny was skilled and extremely professional in handling my drain problems. It was quite obvious that he wasn't just concerned about earning his service fee, but was truly interested in his customer's satisfaction with his service, He went above and beyond by providing helpful information about both the drain system that he was called out to service and also unrelated other parts of my plumbing system. One can only hope that other service industry companies rise to this level of skill and concern for their customers.

Phone call answered promptly. Appointment originally made for the next day. However, I was called later and they were able to perform the job that afternoon.

He did a great job. He was punctual and very fair. He spent quite a bit of time here and drew a detailed map for the contractor who was installing a new drainage system for us. A few months later when the contractor was putting in the new lines and repairing the old, there was some confusion about what they found underground. We called Lenny, who remembered the job, and was able to describe to him exactly where (to the foot) the breakage was. He is a very nice guy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Lenny called back promptly when I left him a message. He tried to work me in same day, but I told him next day was no problem. He came out on a Saturday and called before he arrived as promised. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. He couldn't have been any nicer and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

They were wonderful. They did recommend we do a video inspection of the pipe. They pulled about a 4 foot long tree root out of the pipe. Once he got that out, the rest of the job was a breeze. I would definitely use them again and in fact, will be calling them for the video inspection in a couple of weeks.

Called today, Memorial Day, and they were very responsive, professional and reasonably priced. The young man that came out ran into some difficulty and the owner then also came to the house. Within a couple of hours, all was resolved. Additionally, since I was a first time customer from Angie's List I received a discount. I would definitely use this company again!

Mike had a tight fit behind my washer, but was able to do all the right things he is supposed to do. He got the snake machine and cranked it up and cleaned out the line. Mike was able to actually feel the clog as it was cleared and the backup water was released into the main sewer line. I want to post pictures of my washer drain, Mike and his sweet smiling face - which is another reason I like to use this company. They both, Lenny and Mike, always have a smile on their face. Yes, I will definitely use Hebert Drain Care again. I don't see how to post the pix at the moment, but will look further on the main page.

Gentleman arrived on time which was appreciated right from the get-go. He was professional and very cordial. He was quick to assess the problem, and, luckily for both him (it was drizzling and chilly),and me, he managed to clear the drain from under the faucet area. I was relieved, also, because our new roof was less than two weeks old, and I really wasn't looking forward to anyone getting on it (lol). He took his time to make sure that all appeared to be running smoothly again. I would certainly use his services again and not hesitate to refer him to anyone. P.S. I did find him through Angie's List.

They came to my house earlier than they were scheduled to come, went up on the roof and cleared The drain and I liked that. I have not had a problem with the drain since. I like that when they came to my house they were properly dressed, he wasn't dirty and he was do e within an hour. He also came with all of his own tools.

I called late in the afternoon as I thought eventually I could get this toilet to unclog with just persistent use of my plunger. I was so totally wrong. I expected to go overnight with this mess, but Lenny came through for me as usual. His worker, Mike, was here within half an hour and used an auger to get it unclogged. As usual, Mike is a delightful young man, sunny disposition and quick to get to the problem. Lenny did not charge me for this visit as they were here on 3/25 working on my sewer line and some crazy work in my yard with a sub-surface drain. He really didn't have to do that, these were two unrelated issues - this toilet had something caught in it - more than likely half a roll of toilet paper from an un-named family member! Once again, I will continue to use Hebert Drain Care and continue to recommend them when asked by my friends and relatives. I was given their name by my prior plumber (who has since retired ) when he stopped doing drain work several years ago.

I have used Hebert's Drain Care a few times now and have been extremely impressed and totally satisfied with their service and dedication to getting the problem taken care of. When I first met Lenny Hebert he had Mike with him as an apprentice - still learning the trade. On this day, Mike was the one who came to help me...and I have to say, he had a lot more patience than I did. The first part of the assignment, clearing my sewer line (my toilets were starting to "bubble" when we ran a shower") was an easy peasy job. He got on the roof and cleared the line to the street. I have to have this done about every 2 years, just because, I guess. Our entire neighborhood seems to have someone with issues with plumbing under their slab - and we are terrified this will be us someday. I then asked if Mike could unclog the area between two drains which run underground along a sidewalk on either side of our house and run to the street. This is supposed to keep our backyard from flooding with standing water, but since we have only garden beds in our yard and no grass, there is a significant amount of dirt/mud which runs into these drains. There are about 6-7 of these drains on each side of our yard. Several years ago after Katrina the area between two of the drains got clogged with mud, and we didn't address it at the time as we were still trying to get our house back together. Mike tried to use the rooter tool, and it didn't work well because the mud just kept falling in on top of it. He even left and got a better one and tried it with about the same results. It did do one thing, and that was loosen the mud/dirt somewhat. And then he got two hoses and ran water in from each of the drains - towards each other. That did the trick - Mike was totally soaked from the knees down and his work gloves were a mess. I was out in yard with him nearly the whole time - it was a cold and windy day - and I was ready to throw in the towel and let my husband (who had conveniently gone to Baton Rouge for the day) deal with this another day , as this was totally HIS problem. But Mike was determined to get it unclogged and he did. Later that afternoon Lenny Hebert came by to see what Mike had to deal with and what he did - The picture of Mike standing against the fence with the black iron scroll work is in my yard. He is standing in front of the drain. I definitely will use Hebert Drain Care again - my old plumber, Gary, recommended Lenny - and he didn't steer me wrong.

I have had a problem with the washing machine draining into my tub. I called another company twice. Both times they were unable to diagnose the problem. Their only solution was to run a camera down the drain for $340 to determine what was causing the blockage. I called Hebert Drain Cleaning on Saturday and explained my problem. Mike, with Hebert Drain Cleaning, was at my house within an hour. Mike was very respectful and knowledgable. He did an extensive check of my problem. He was able to unclog the drain. Now the washing machin drains correctly. The price was $127 to fix the problem. I was very pleased and impressed.

Lenny Hebert cleaned a blocked bathroom drain that others had been unsuccessful in repairing. He did an exemplary, thorough job. I found him to be knowledgeable, proficient, efficient, professional and very respectful and careful of the work area. I highly recommend his services.

I was referred to Hebert Drain Care for a backed up sewer line a couple of years ago by my regular plumber as he no longer cleaned out drains. On this occasion, I had called Lenny Hebert on the evening of Labor Day to see if he could schedule a time to come the next day to fix this backed up kitchen sink drain. My dishwasher was not draining well and my garbage disposal was backing up into the sink too. Lenny, always pleasant and polite, told me he could come Tuesday 9/5/2012 to help me. He called me on Tuesday morning around 9 AM to let me know he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. Lenny and his helper went right to work with a snake drain cleaner and within half hour it was finished. He laid out newspaper under the pipes first to catch any water dripping. They rolled up the newspaper and made sure the line was clear by running water for several minutes and even flushing a toilet in the hall bathroom. In less than an hour they were finished and gone. I will definitely use Hebert Drain Care again for this problem. He is professional, friendly and polite. I feel his fee for this is reasonable at $114.75 and it has a 30 day warranty as well.

Called 3 other companies and get estimates of from $225 to $295 to clear drain. Two Companies sent their representatives to examine the problem. He called me back the day before the scheduled appointment to see if he could come early. We were not home at the time. He arrived promptly the next day and had the drain unclogged within an hour. Professional, clean, pleasant person to deal with.
