Hebert Drain Care

It was less than $200. It was for a rental property.

It was reasonable. The guys do a great job. They're honest. They don't try to charge. He's done work for me more than once. He doesn't try to overcharge you. They have a very reasonable price.

The service was outstanding.

I emailed yesterday and received a response right away. We spoke and someone came out before 11am. They were professional and knowledgeable. The clogged toilet was unclogged in minutes.

Awesome Service! Lenny has a two hour minimum charge of $190 (-$30 Angie's Discount) = $160. Was worth every penny. Showed him where my maintenance man had said it was blocked. Took him `30 minutes to clear the line. Instead of leaving, he took it upon himself to check the remaining lines. Thankfully he did! Found three additional blockages, including a piece of gutter in the line. I'm sooo thankful he checked the rest of the line!! Thank You Lenny and Son, Mike!

It went very well. My master bath and guest bath are adjacent to each other. There is only one drain line going to the sewer, so when one thing blocks, it all blocks. Lenny cleaned out the drain. It's been a few weeks, and there has been no further problems. He cleaned up any mess that may have occurred. When he left, everything was spotless and working correctly. It has been a few weeks, and everything is still working correctly. I will definitely use him again.

Don't bother calling anyone else. Service was great and Mr. Hebert is a true professional in all sense of the word. I have dealt with many contractors and sub-contractors in my life and Mr. Hebert was the best thus far. I wish all service providers conducted themselves and their business like he does. Honest, reliable and experienced.

Everything was excellent! Lennie even took off his shoes at the door when he noticed I had carpet. I told him it wasn't necessary but he insisted. He was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and in coming to the house (a little early after a phone call!) He answered all my questions and offered to come back if the problem returned in the next 30 days. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back if needed.

Called on Monday; Kenny said he'd be out on Thursday since this wasn't an emergency. He came as promised, unstopped tub drain. The toilet is constructed so that toilet paper catches inside so any repair is temporary; advised that I buy a new toilet. He was pleasant and professional. I'll call him any time I have a drain problem. I just wish he did general plumbing.

Lenny of Hebert's Drain Care was very responsive to my needs although it was a holiday weekend. I had previously had problems with the toilet backing up at my rental property and had a plumber to snake the entire property, a duplex, only to have it reoccur in both units and be charged a hefty price not two weeks later. Upon calling Hebert's he understood my urgency, quickly diagnosed my problem, showed me the possible causes, advised me of my options and stated that in lieu of the 30 day guarantee he saw no need for me to spend additional money on a camera inspection until he thought it absolutely necessary. This was amazing customer service with the absolute interest of the customer in mind. I felt assured that I was doing business with an honest person who took great pride in his work and saw value in offering his customers great service with quality workmanship for a fair price. Mr. Hebert explained what he was going to do after seeing what the problem was. He was very professional and friendly. I called in the morning and he said he'd be there some time in the afternoon between 12 and 5. There were other jobs ahead of me and after completing the other jobs he called to let me know he was on his way. After completing the job he made sure the drain was flowing properly. I was very pleased and gave me $30 off the price for mentioning Angie's List.

Mr. Hebert did a great job. He cleaned the pipes several times to ensure lines cleared. He then cleaned up any mess that occurred. He wrapped things up by providing tips on how to avoid issue again in the future as well as offering to come back within 30 days in case the problem arises again.

Having been through a large renovation project, I've dealt with a lot of incompetence, shoddy work, rip-offs and subs who border on criminals. So it's always a huge breath of fresh air when you actually deal with someone who does great work at a great price and is nice on top of that. Lenny is just that kind of guy. I called on a Monday. He came out on Tuesday. He courteously gave me a 30 minute heads up that he was on his way and he arrived on time. Dressed professionally and with a friendly demeanor, he diagnosed my problem really quickly and was very good to explain the root causes of my drainage problems. He quoted me a price immediately and started his work. He used a large snaking cutter to unclog my main sewer line and a smaller one for the kitchen drain. He waited a long time to make sure the main sewer was draining properly, which I thought was nice. He also tried to get my toilet to work better and recommended the best type of toilet to purchase since I am going to replace it. He also graciously tried to diagnose a bad smell emanating from the walls of one of my bathrooms and gave me advice on how to go about finding the cause of it. The best part of the whole experience is that he informed me of the reality of my drainage issues with honesty. Oh, and he have me a pen and fridge magnets with the receipt. How cool is that! And did I mention he's got the best price in town?

He did the best he could but unfortunately was unable to unclog the drain. It was not his fault. I was very impressed by the way he cleaned up every spec of dirt that he had made. I have his card on my fridge in case I need him again. Very nice man!

I only used them one time. He was really professional. He came out and did a very good job of telling me what my options were and how he was going to go about doing it. He did an excellent job. He was very clean and no mess left. I was very pleased with his work. He cleared it out and I had no trouble since. As a matter of fact, he came out a day earlier. He called me and told me that he had a cancellation. If I may be there, then he will be there earlier. I can take care of it quickly. I thought it was very aggressive on his part, which was a plumbing problem where one doesn't want to sit & wait for things to happen. I was really pleased with the fact that he was able to take care of it really early than I anticipated. I thought the price was very reasonable. There was nothing that I could have done and I certainly did have the knowledge to do it; but I would say the price was very reasonable. I called a couple of other people about coming out and they wanted anywhere between $150 to $200 for the same process. When he came to the door, he wasn't in a dirty uniform or attire, which is always an impressive thing. If he walks up the door all greasy and dirty, then I would wonder that he is going to get all that stuff all over my house. He was very clean and his uniform was clean. He is very pro-consumer. He was well aware of what it took to provide a good impression to the customer. His response was very good. I think he works mostly for himself and by himself. When I called and left him a message, probably within two hours, he called me back. I thought it was pretty good. Very punctual. He was very professional in everything he did.

They were good, fine and I would call them again. They came, were quick, corrected it and it was reasonable. I was very pleased and it was a reasonable price.

Ran sewer line from 4 inch cleanout behind house to city line with 4 inch blade two times. Line was draining when completed. Replaced 1.5 inch brass nut on basket strainer in kitchen sink.

I've been using Hebert Drain Care for at least 5 years now. I own a 4 plex apartment building in Bywater, i was constantly having drain problems until I started using Hebert. Lenny Hebert the owner couldn't be nicer, always comes when you need him and does what needs to be done. He is very through and priced right. Hebert offers a wonderful service, i highly recommend them.

I did not have a problem with their price. I don’t know if it’s high or not but they do good service. I’ve got them to be where they need to be at. I’m not micromanaging. I think it’s the second time I did not even go to the house that they were working on. I just call and they would do it. I pay them and it worked out really well.

Lenny was able to work around my schedule and arrived in the afternoon. He snaked the drainage line through a clean-out 3 times to make sure it was draining. He was highly recommended by several people along with his great Angie's list rating. He was professional, polite, and didn't seem to mind answering my questions about the work he was performing.
