Peter and his brother did a good job of replacing a water heater in an extremely hot attic. They were very polite with good attitudes and did a good job on the installation. My only complaint would come from my wife who felt that they dropped a bit of dirt into the laundry room and hall from the attic. I would and probably will hire them again as I have several rental properties.

Plumber was very friendly and pleasant. Original 40 gal hot water heater was too large for the space. I was given two suggestions, have a contractor enlarge the area or get a smaller water heater. I opted for a smaller water heater. After some research, plumber was able to find a special designed (cost a bit more) 30 gal with specifications that would fit. I was pleased with his work.
