 + -1 moreI hired them for a $20,000 job to do a complete renovation of our back yard. They were unresponsive to my phone calls, I never could get anyone on the phone the same day to answer questions. I even when out to see their shop and the woman who worked there was rude and unhelpful. She said that she would have them call me, and I didn't get a phone call back until I called again late the next afternoon. I told them if I did not get a call by 5pm on Friday to confirm our start date for that Monday that I would cancel, and the phone call never came so I canceled the job and chose someone else to do the work. I was scared that if I couldn't get them on the phone before the work even started, then if there was a problem on the job I would never be able to get a hold of them. I hired Fresh Cut who were fantastic the entire time!
