Fine, except he said he would be back to haul the debris and didn't come back

Took three times to get the work done. Didn't do the work himself. Then, left mark on recently updated pool deck and did not repair the damage despit several attempts and opportunities to repair it.

Took them a few hours and they worked hard and fast.

He was great and he was very tidy in his clean up.

Did not use out o fmy area of residence but very polite

Paige Freeman contacted me within 3 hours of purchasing the "Big Deal" on October 31. Came to my house, told me what was needed and started the job the next morning. He was prompt and courteous as was his staff. He cleaned up the refuse from the tree trimming...frankly my yard looked better after he left than it had before. He did everything that needed to be done. I am very pleased with his service and I will hire him again.

The owner came out same day I called for an estimate. He was friendly, but not overly talkative (in a good way). He gave me an estimate that was fair and took care of the job same day. His crew was neat and professional. I would recommend Freeman again.

He came on time, and gave me an estimate if I wanted more work done, which I could see needed to be done, i.e. trimming branches, limbs and tree parts that were actually harming an old tree fighting for it's life. About an hour later his crew showed up and they did all the work we agreed on, plus some extra trimming that I did not pay for. Having used three other tree companies in the past, I have to say that Mr. Freeman is my favorite and I would use him again. He really likes trees and knows what to do to keep them healthy, and prices the work very fairly. I really like the way he trimmed the trees to a good advantage, my yard looks so much better, and the price was very reasonable.

Arrived on time. Work done skillfully. Debris removed puntually.

Very prompt showing up to give estimate. Estimate was detailed, along with a diagram. Payment expected AFTER work is performed. On time for service the next day. Workers were prompt, experienced, and the clean-up was as good as the service provided. Everything was taken away and raked and swept to the point were it appeared as if nothing had happened except that all that trimming had taken place. A job well done!

Mr. Freeman promptly contacted me about the service we purchased through the Big Deal. He was good about coordinating a time to look at the tree we needed trimmed. He recommended trimming beyond what we requested and we felt we could not afford it at this time. We asked if he could do only the work we wanted (not the additional he recommended) for the amount we paid with the Big Deal. He said he would have to go look at the tree again and that's the last we heard from him. It has been over 3 months since we purchased the Big Deal and we have had no response (beyond the initial one) from Mr. Freeman, despite the many messages we have left for him.

To date, the provider has not come to my house to perform the service. I received an estimate at the end of April, purchased the voucher, and have not heard anything since. Numerous calls and voicemails have gone unreturned, which is incredibly frustrating. Mr. Freeman was quick to pick up or return my phone calls when I was scheduling service, but has completely ceased communication after I purchased the voucher. This is disappointing, to say the least.

I called him and he was out the next day and was able to do work at a discount on the same day. Have used him before and always super reasonable on price and very responsive.

Paige Freeman got back to me promptly to arrange a viewing of my property. Despite the rain he came out to give me a quote on full yard (jungle) clean up. I was very happy with his quote compared to another local neighborhood landscaping company trying to charge me 4x as much. Freeman's men came out on a Monday & everything was finished when I got off work - all brush offsite. Paige looked over everything with me & even came back later in the week to cut some vines I pointed out didn't get all trimmed. My one regret is I didn't cover my fountain as I think a blower was used & I have lots of leaves/twigs in my fountain now. Be clear these guys are (Arborists)TREE trimmers - no weeds were cut as a landscape company would do. I was very please with Paige's communication & speedy service. My jungle is gone!

The old tree was located in my back yard which is not accessible to heavy machinery. This greatly increased the cost of removal, seeing a large crew was needed to manually complete the work. On June 3rd, Paige inspected the tree and found some rotting in the trunk. He recommended that it be removed. Two days later he and his crew arrived - right on time - and immediately got to work. They are a well-oiled, harmonious team, cleaning up as they go and taking great care to avoid any damage to property. They are also pleasant and easy to deal with. For example, I requested cedar shavings for my clothes closets, and they happily complied, filling a five gallon bucket for me. They also cut the tree to the exact level that I requested. The work was completed within hours, and the yard was left in pristine condition. Bottom line? I give them an A+ across the board, and recommend them highly for any tree service need. Thanks, Paige and gang! I can now rest easy during yet another hurricane season.

Everything went extremely well. Crew showed up on time. Completed job very timely and very neatly. Job was priced 25% lower than next lowest estimate. Will definitely use this service again. I already recommended this service to a friend.

The service provider came to the house and estimated the work. There is nothing derogatory to be said about the service provider.The quoted price appeared high so a second quote was obtained from Matt's Tree Service. The quoted price from Freeman Tree Service was significantly higher( 4 times higher by $ 2K) than the quote that was accepted from Matt's Tree Service.

He said he can not get his equipment to the tree. Too narrow. Wants to charge more.

They did a beautiful job, was reasonably priced. They worked very hard and cleared away the mess. I would definitely use them again in the future. Was very pleased.

This professional company was contacted through our research on Angie's List. An appointment was made for the following day. The men arrived at our home exactly at 8:30am and promptly began setting up. After renewing the plans with my husband the men started immediately to climbing and removing large limbs and clearing out the small limbs throughout our very large tree. They were very through, hauling away all the cut limbs and branches. They raked the yard of smaller branches and leaves and hauled everything away. They were prompt, careful, cautious, professional. We are very happy with the results as we had not had our tree trimmed since Hurricane Katrina. They also did an inspection and informed us that the tree looks to be in good health. They went above and beyond to do a fantastic job. We are very pleased with their service, promptness and professionalism. We definitely will be calling on Freeman Tree Service in the future.

Mr. Freeman and his employee did a great job. All my suggestions or questions were appropriately listened to and/or acted upon. My 30 yr old oak tree had some pruning of branches near structures and driveways. Safety precautions were followed and my tree looks very nice. The yard was raked to get the last of the branches/twigs removed so all was even cleaner after they were done. While he was at my home ,I also had a bit of pruning on the maple tree in my back yard and that turned out fine also! Mr. Freeman did the actual pruning. I stayed home to make sure all the branches I wanted cut , were cut ,and that he wasn't someone that just cut branches down without considering the shape and form of the tree etc.. I felt his price was reasonable, and since he is a small company, I hardly had any wait time to get the job done. I would use Freeman Tree Service again and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
