It's a family owned business. Mr. Olman (the owner) is pleasant, honest, and funny. Victoria, the receptionist is responsive, efficient and customer service oriented. The price was reasonable after a $18,000 quote from Keffe's. My unit was going bad and they fixed it within the day. Some parts needed to be added and they came back at their next available opening. I'm satisfied with my service and my new unit blows collar than my old one, and circulates better.

Fenivs did a great job installing new central air conditioning/heating unit and installing new duct work. They were on time and worked all day on install until job was done. They cleaned up after work was done and took old equipment away. Easy to contact and very courteous. I would definitely recommend.

Our AC unit went out. We searched HomeAdvisor for recommendations and found Feniv's, which is highly recommended. Olman Feniv is the owner of this locally owned business. He responded to our call immediately, did a thorough inspection of our AC system, showed us the issues with the outside condenser and inside blower and gave us replacement prices which were very reasonable. The technicians who took down the old units and installed the new units were not only excellent in their skills but they were also very courteous. The lady in the office was equally as kind and courteous. We highly recommend Feniv's AC & Heating!

My regular AC company told me they couldn't find the freon leak and told me they couldn't find a coil when I called them after two weeks of no response. I found Feniv's on HomeAdvisor and he came out quickly, found the obvious leak source and told me he could find a coil or provide a new system at a lower price than my old contractor, who also said he would have to reconfigure the ductwork. Feniv's wasn't able to install immediately so they gave me freon to hold me over. His sons, who were very polite and professional, installed my new system and cleaned up afterward. My new system is quieter and quickly cools off the house whereas it would take hours to make a difference and I could barely feel the cool air coming from the ducts. I recommend Feniv's and will use them in the future.

I used the company twice in one month for 2 different units. Less than 1 month later one of the units A/C went out again so I called Mr. Olman the owner of the company who had done the previous work and left a message for him to call me back. when he did call me back I explain what was happening. He went to the house to check out the problem and calls me back to say it's not the same thing he fixed the last time it's a bad circuit board. I'm skeptical, but I say ok, go ahead and fix it, how much will it be? He tells me probably about $500 but that the unit is sooooo old that he doesn't know if he can find the part but he will get back to me. Well it's the next day and I still haven't heard back so I call Mr. Olman and he says "Oh my bad, I thought I had told you it would be a couple days before I could get the part. So I said how much will it be? He says $400. What Mr. Olman didn't know is that I had placed a call to Home Advisor and got another company to go out and look at the job because I just didn't trust his word because how can you quote a price on a job when you don't know the price of the part? Well the other company is Edwards A/C & Heating and they went out that day found the part and repaired the A/C for $325. Ronald from Edwards A/C said it looked like the circuit board had been ripped off and Mr. Olman had left everything just laying on the ground. BEWARE

Very straightforward about everything

Mr. arrived on time and was friendly and well mannered. Mr. checked and explained to me what he was doing and why. Mr. was extremely knowledgeable about the window AC unit and the central unit in the attic and the unit outside. We discussed annual check ups and that I would also call him on an "as needed" basis.
