Kept appointment and were very competent. Very reasonable price.

My outside A/C (condenser) unit has been going for some time. I was hoping to make it through one more summer, but it failed in June. Feniv's was able to come out and make a non-emergency evaluation within 36 hours, and the unit was replaced within 2 more business days--pretty good considering that a valve had to be ordered for the indoor (coil) portion. Reasons I went with Feniv's: 1) FAST response and SHORT time to onsite evaluation/bid and 2) didn't try to up-sell me services, parts, or equipment that I didn't need. Those were huge considerations. It was also great that his bid came in below the other two that I got. Furthermore, Feniv's recommended a condenser unit that I wouldn't have considered on my own, but after doing a couple hours of research online, I decided that it was a good recommendation that would save me a lot of money in the short-term, and maybe in the long-run as well, since Feniv's is backing up their work and recommendation with a 2-year labor warrantee. That made the package a slam dunk.

This was a good experience. They showed up on time, studied the situation and discussed. He gave me a price and communicated very clear what the scope of the work would be and the rationale. It’s a family business and his technicians were very hard workers and smart. They showed up on time and worked hard. Very nice people, they get my recommendation. I live in Lake Vista in New Orleans. I got them off of Home Advisor and never had any prior experience with them. I had a leak in my old cooler in the attic and they installed a new one and reconstructed some duct work and did the job efficiently. It runs and sounds great now, problem solved.

If adding ducts to floor take care in drilling up through laminate flooring. Drill pilot holes only, then cut from the top.
