We've been using Steve for about 10 years now, and have never had a problem. Arrives on time, calls to remind us of quarterly visit and can rearrange his schedule if we need him to. Would recommend to anyone.

The company was recommended by the termite control company I normally use. I called and Steve said he was leaving for vacation and could not come on the day I requested, but, since the house is rented, he went out of his way to contact the tenants to arrange for a treatment on a time that was convenient for them, so that it could be done asap. I appreciate the fact that he kept me informed at all times and that he accepted payment over the phone.

Steven did his job extremely well-since he came and sprayed I've seen no more roaches. I will definitely be using him again if the need arises!

All went well, Steve was courteous and professional.

He came to our home, asked questions about our pest issues and then did a thorough spraying inside and out. He also gave me some recommendations on some problem areas I was not even aware of. He also checked my attic just to make sure there were no pest problems up there. He also gives me a call when it is time for him to come out again, I don't have to do anything!

They are great. Steve is prompt, he knows what he is doing. He also checks for mice. He answers all of my questions and is very friendly. And he even lets my grandson be his "apprentice" and hold the flashlight and look for bugs with him.

For household vermin Excel does a 100% thorough and effective job. Prior to Excel starting last year there had been periodic infestation by roaches and mice. Since their very first visit there has not been a single incident. Very professional and conscientious people: you'll even be notified of problems they happen to detect during the course of their treatment, such as leaks, which is very helpful on a rental property. That puts the value of their work above what they charge. As both a homeowner and a landlord I've dealt with a number of exterminators and Excel is all-around the best.
