They were fine. It was great.

Awful!!! I told Michael that $775 seemed high to snake the main line. I was told there was a $65 diagnosis fee. He told me he would call me in 20 minutes. I thought the next 20 minutes would be his diagnosis time. When I called him in twenty minutes to tell him his price is three times the going rate. He said he is finished and we could handle it in a legal manner. My tenants paid him because they thought I would reimburse them. He knew it was a tenant and Landlord situation. They were the first to arrive which is nice. But unless you want to potentially pay an extra $525 for the same service two other companies quoted me on. I would call copperhead plumbing or c and d plumbing. Guillory plumbing or hotard plumbing. The owner said he would get back with me but didn’t. I left a couple messages to speak to owner to no avail

Everything explained in the contract was done. After the job was completed the owner and general manager came to my home to ensure everything was done. I appreciated their professionalism.

Charged $475 to clean out sewerage line. Two days later, same problem. Toilet did not flush. Technician returned to unstop toilet. When asked why in 2 days toilet stopped up again, he replied "you have 30 day guarantee". Over time continued problems. Now out of 30 day guarantee, we have exact same problem. Toilet totally stopped up and lost $500. Obviously did not solve the problem.

Eagle was called and within 1 hour they were at our home cleaning out the clog on a Sunday. They were very professional and knowledgeable, even did work they saw that was not part of the AC clog. The technician was in and out of our place in an hour. I thought the price was reasonable for coming to our rescue on Father's Day! Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

Excellent work

Very expensive. Always late and sent one person to do a three person job. This guy literally spent 11 hours at my house. Then supposedly found another belly. I was told if I dug it out it would be cheaper. I could dig enough to expose pipes and they basically told me they would charge a thousand dollars to finish digging what I started and walked off the job. Pitiful will not complete the job and will never use again.

$107.00 “Service Charge” … Essentially travel time from NOLA to Thibodaux. I was told about this fee straight up and accepted the cost. Punctuality: Appointment time 8:00 a.m. … Arrival time 10:15 a.m. Decided to call Eagle, instead of local plumbers, because local plumbers are notoriously difficult to get to come out, especially for smaller jobs like cleaning out a main line, descending from a kitchen faucet / garbage disposal. Mobile coupon $50.00 off for job of $250.00 or more job. Job cost $295.00 / less $50.00 coupon = $245.00 Jamard Jones, Tech. Extraordinarily nice man. Very pleasant and professional. Respected my property, which is of utmost importance to me. Quickly and efficiently handled the job. Resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes. Gave me tips on preventive maintenance to avoid recurrence of issue. I had scheduled the work prior to reading the reviews here, and was very concerned that I had made a mistake and was going to get taken. Very gladly, I must report that, except for the punctuality issue, I have to rate all other service aspects with a grade of "A". And, to be fair, Eagle did send someone out the very next day after I called. In fact, they would have even come out the same day, had I been able to accommodate that within my schedule.

Professional, great work. They got this office building up and running in a short period of time. Well worth the cost.

Fast, clean at a good price

TO START I HAD THE FAUCET I WANTED REPLACED. I WENT OUT AND PURCHSED IT BEFOR THE TECH CAME TO INSTALL . THE TECK ARRIVED AND FINISHED THE JOB IN LESS THAN 30MINUTES. WHEN HE TOLD ME THE PRICE, I ALMOST FELL OVER. HE WANTED $400.00 FOR THIS SIMPLE JOB. I OBJECTED AND HE CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY WANTED $250 WHICH I STILL OBJECTED TO AND REMINDED HIM THAT HE WAS ONLY ON THE JOB FOR 20 MINUTES. I CALLED THE OFFICE , SPOKE TO CLAUDIA IN OFFICE AND EXPRESSED MY CONCERNS AND SHE SADI SHE WOUJLD TALK TO SUPERVISOR WHO WOULD CALL ME BACK. THE SUPERVISOR DID NOT CALL ME BACK BUT CALLED HIS TECH AND TOLD HIM THAT THE FINAL PRICE WAS 225.00 AND RELUCTANCY I PAID. A FAIR PRICE IN MY OPINION WOUD BE NO HIGHER THAN 150/174 DOLLARS. PLIEASE BE WARNED.... DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARED AND MESSED OVER. I BELIEVE IN PAYING A FAIR PRICE FOR SERVICES RENDERED BUT DO WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I HAVE USED OTHER PLUMBERS IN THE PAST WHO DID A BIGGER AND LONGER JOB THAN THIS ONE WAS AND THE COST WAS NO WHERE NEAR WHAT THIS COMPANY WANTED ME TO PAY WHICH AT FIRST WAS $400.OO. Within 6 months it was backed up again and charged me $325

Called on a Sunday with hot water heater problems. Charles called me back and I explained my problem. He said Vincent would be out shortly and he was. Told me what it would cost to replace and install and take care of the problem completely. Since it was a Sunday I wanted to save the emergency charge for the replacement and so I scheduled the replacement with Vincent for Monday. A couple hours later he Vincent returned and said they could do it today for the same price and he had the heater all ready with him. Couple of hours later I had a new heater installed completely and an hour later the water is hot. They were very professional and both Vincent and James were very nice guys and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend them and will call them again with future plumbing needs.

They installed a new water heater. After they replaced the water heater, we had no hot water the next day. Another service man came out and checked stating it was an electrical problem. The service man from Eagle initially did an inspection and informed us we need to replace the water heater. The next day I called them back and informed Eagle we did not have hot water. They came on the 10th, we called the next day on the 11th and two different guys came out and said the heater wasn't working because of an electrical issue. My problem was that Eagle never checked the electric. Eagle offered to send an electrician to resolve the issue at their expense if I were to resume payment on the check. They weren't willing to do this unless I paid them first.

The technician was able to back his truck to within 10' of the line on a concrete driveway. A faucet was 20' away. It took an hour from start to finish. Half of that time was spent unloading and loading hoses. This job was within a few blocks of their office. I was charged $780 for the service. This was the most minimal of all plumbing tasks and required no parts. I own a service company and I expected an hour visit to be in the $150-250 range...$350 tops. This was so far over the top that I cannot recommend this company to one of my customers and would suggest you ask for pricing before you ever let them do a job for you. I'm embarassed that as the owner of a service company I was "taken" by this company. All I can do is to caution you so you don't have the same experience. Update: For some reason, Eagle thinks that complaining about their pricing is "unethical and unprofessional". I'd like to think that charging what amounts to $975 an hour is not only unethical but immoral. Someone with Eagle responded that "our technician offered to cable and jet the line out and explained the process and gave you upfront pricing for the any service we provide so all of our customers can make an informed decision" The technician did not quote a price before he began the work. I told him that if approached $500 we would have a problem. He shrugged, grinned and started working. If he had quoted $780 I would have declined the repair. I never asked the technician for a lower price. I told him that the price was outrageous, wrote a check and asked him to please leave our property. The next day their office offered $150 discount which would have make our bill $630 which was still outrageous for 48 minutes of work (based on the video from the time the truck stopped until it pulled off.) Please be wary of this company.

Responded within an hour of the phone call to assess the problem, had to leave to pick up a like model (same brand and capacity) of hot water heater, and had everything wrapped up in a couple of hours.

The technician (Charles) arrived in a reason able time. My sink line was clogged. He ran the line with a the drain snake and cleared the clog. The cost was a bit high ... $185.00. He found a leak under my sink caused by a broken plastic fitting. He replaced the fitting for an additional $35. The service was done quickly.

They had installed a new part, which had snapped snapped days after their work. They said they would come back to replace at no charge. When they came back to replace the part, I was not home and they charged my husband $100 for the work. When I called them back about it, they said it was a different part needed to be repaired, which is not what I was initially told. They were very rude over the phone, made no effort to resolve the problem and hung up on me.

They called to let me know they were running late, and did show up when they said they would. They are not uniformed and in all likelihood are not long term employees. Likable and trustworthy. I did have to talk them down on price and clean up after them. The other plumbers on the list, who had a very high numerical survey ratings, were too busy for same day service. Overall, I recommend them for your job, but as with any contractor, ask questions and keep them on their toes

Was here less than an hour. Cleaned up and was out very fast.

It was too dark to do the repair, so they turned off the water at the meter, came out the next morning and had us up and running in no time. Very grateful to Eagle.

The service is excellent. They came on time, replaced the toilet and cleaned up. They went above their duty and even hauled the old toilet away.
