+ -1 moreFirst phone call, no response. Second phone call occurred one week later, during which time Craig described the work that would be necessary. He appeared knowledgeable and professional at that time. However,he was busy for about the next week. We agreed that if I found another plumber before then I'd let him know, and he would call me when he could come out to the job site.....I could not find another plumber...and he never called back.

Description of Work: Installed new RHEEM (6 YEAR Warranty) gas hot water heater. This was a residential job that was handled very well and timely. I have used this company before and would definitely recommend their service.

+ 0 moreThey were efficient, polite and prompt. I have used Dependable Plumbing for around 10 years. They have replaced water heaters, unclogged drains, replaced plumbing and repaired plumbing. They really are dependable. They are family owned. They have always been reasonable in their prices. They always come in the amount of time that they specify. I definitely would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
Description of Work: I had two leaking faucets. One was the kitchen faucet, where the ceramic handle had cracked. The other was a leaky outside faucet. Both were fixed within a short amount of time.

FOR A WIDE VARIEYT OF PROBLEMS INCLUDING FAUCET REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT, FIXING A LEAK IN OUR HOT WATER LINE UNDEDR THE SLAB,, CLOGGED DRAIN, AND MANY OTHER SERVICES. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: REPLACED 50 GAL GAS WATER HEATER AND ELECTRIC CIRCULATION PUMP. RESPONDED TO MY CALL THE NEXT DAY AND BROUGHT THE NEW WATER HEATER WITH THEM. FINISHED THE JOB THE SAME DAY. CLEANED UP AND HAULED AWAY THE OLD TANK.

Description of Work: This particular visit, I had several stopped drains and and a/c drain. He came within the prescribed time and took care of things quickly. I have had water heaters replaced( I have 3) and faucets replaced, after I got tired of replacing the expensive ceramic dics that have cracked in several of my high end faucets. I have used them for 10 years. They are always professional, call and come within a reasonable time-frame and the price is always fair. Dependable Plumbing is an appropriate name for them. They are family run and owed, so you are not going to get some weird person who does not know what they are doing.
