Description of Work: Made phone call to get estimate of having some hauling done. The operator took all of my information and told me someone would call me back. When pushed for details on when they would call back the operator was evasive and non-committal. I now know why after never getting a call back.

+ -1 moreIn early April, I called and requested an appointment to get an estimate on demolishing an old wood shed. I was told someone would call to set the date and time. On April 14th I called again because I had not heard from anyone. I spoke to Mary. She apologized and said she would put the request in again. I have yet to hear from anyone. I have started the demo myself with help from friends. Very disappointed.
Description of Work: Nothing! They never called back to set up appointment with me.

+ 0 moreSilas showed up on time for the estimate and provided a fair price. Workers preped the area a couple of days before and prepared and removed the liner as well as jackhammered the concrete portions. The day of the job they showed up on time and with a crew of staff and heavy duty excavating equipment to break down the pool walls and remove the pool shed and dispose of all decking and debris. They worked from about 9am until after dark to complete and clean up. Very satisfied with the work and the professionalism.
Description of Work: Removed decking and inground swimming pool. Backfilled the pool with debris & truckload of river sand. compacted & cleaned the area when done.

+ -1 morePerfect. They were able to come and pick up my stuff the next morning, which was important to me since I was moving and had a strict schedule. They kept in contact with me and showed up and hauled away my stuff exactly as I needed.

Description of Work: Silas cleared our rental property of debris following a tenant's move-out. Everything from food in the refrigerator to a mattress and box spring.
