Description of Work: Their rep came by to give us an estimate on a small pool. There was an issue with power lines that kept us from getting a permit so we asked him to give us an estimate on a large in ground spa. He said he would, then stalled, then wouldn't respond to our calls. We ultimately gave up on them.

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience from beginning to end. They came out and gave me an estimate. Not only did they build the pool for the price they said, but everything was included that they put in the estimate. They truly care about making sure you are happy with the product/service they are providing. I can't be more pleased with the whole process looking back and would do it all over again with this company if I could, or if I do decide to build another pool in the future. I would recommend that you check out their website if you are planning to use them, which really says it all!
Description of Work: Crystal Pools and Spas constructed a new pool (new construction). They handled everything from beginning to end. Jeff or Kevin were always on the job. They didn't just leave plans with the subs and ask them to build this and come back later in the day to check on it. One of them stayed on the job at all times to make sure it was done right. It gives a great peace of mind when you are constructing a new pool to know this. Also, Kevin ran a drainage pipe at my house and didn't even charge me extra for it. They go above and beyond to help you, and make sure you are satisfied. I have had this pool for three years now and we haven't had any trouble at all. I am truly grateful that I went with them and would recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone else that is looking to build a pool. I don't recommend people much so for me to put this on here says a lot.

+ -1 moreThe project went well overall. It was a big messy job, but reasonable measures were taken to keep the clutter down and the trash under control. We had to call them back for a couple of small problems, but response was prompt and the issues were resolved ti our satisfaction.
Description of Work: Complete renovation of a 30,000 gal pool including creating sun ledge, bench seat, replumb, and stone deck.
