Description of Work: They cleaned and inspected ac unit inside and out as part of a twice-a-year heat and ac contract. The $149 covers both inspections, one in the spring and one in the fall for the heater, plus a discount on parts when needed and a guarantee that I will pay no overtime charges if I ever need service after hours or on the weekend. I really like this company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Description of Work: Tony from C.J. Christina Inc. met me at the planned time. He was punctual, professional, and detailed during his visit and on his provided job quote. Though I ended up not needing their service, I was pleased with the interaction we had, and would not hesitate to call them for future needs. It's also note worthy that the person who answers the phone and provides follow-up communication with customers can make or break a deal for any company. Tamara was the voice for C.J. Christina when I called and she is who followed up with me. She was professional and courteous on the phone, and punctual with her follow-up. That type of customer service is appreciated.

Description of Work: The company has been servicing my air-conditioning and heating systems in three of the homes that I own. In one of my own, the unit had given out after 15 years of use and this company were placed it for me with an energy-efficient upgrade the unit.
