+ -1 moreAmazing! Johnny looked over everything and really took his time to address all my concerns. I had called another company first and they were trying so hard to convince me to replace the whole system ($12,000). I couldn't even get a price from them on addressing the main issue...the leak. Johnny and crew were very clean and vacuumed after they finished!
Description of Work: Mildew -seal up all ductwork Bedroom not cooling- added small return air Leaking through attic and ceiling - repaired leak, replaced pan and added safety switch Outside support under unit needing replacing Freon leak in second unit Replaced thermostat
