The shades look gorgeous! I love them! They achieve exactly what I was looking for--the light filtering effect of sheers, but opaque for privacy (and room darkening in the bedroom). Great product and great service! Very pleased and highly recommend Michael.

Worked directly with Michael. He was great! Very professional, kind, honest and friendly. He helped us choose which shutter would work well with our situation as far as color, size, and type. We had previously received a quote from Budget Blinds, but ultimately went with Blinds and Shutters Direct as they were cheaper and Michael was more personable. We did have a small measurement issue with our order when they came in 6 weeks later, however Michael was quick to rectify the mistake. In fact, he was the one who disclosed this to us- very professional and respectful. We highly recommend Blinds and Shutters Direct.

From the outset, I was impressed with Michael's professionalism and attention to detail. He explained all my options and helped me make the the right choice for my house. He brought catalogs and brochures and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each option. He studied my interior decor and helped me decide on the correct color for the shades and blinds. He carefully measured each window and then provided me with a written and detailed cost estimate that included installation. The shipment arrived in a timely manner and Michael wasted no time in installing what had been ordered. Everything fit perfectly. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he seemed harder to please than I was! I was completely satisfied with the quality and service provide by Blinds Direct and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
