Everyone at Audubon Gutters was very friendly and kept me abreast of the process from start to finish. John the sales manager met with me in person and explained the product and the process in detail. The installation went off without a hitch and the installers left the job site cleaned up. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

really appreciated that I could do all of the arrangements by email. That was pretty efficient. When the workers came to install the gutters, the color I had chosen was not good with our house, so they came back the next day with a good color. Really appreciated that as well. Work was done in a timely manner and the results are great. The only concern I have is that we paid on the spot and received no receipt or written guarantee that we had been told exists.

They were great. They did everything they were supposed to do. I had an unusual situation that I had a really long run with only 1 downspout. They came up with a solution that would make the gutters work and it worker for me. They did the job quickly.

Selected Audubon Gutters based on reviews on Angie's list, although they were a bit more expensive than some of their competitors. Salesperson showed up within a week of our phone call and spent the appropriate time discussing options (gutter size, leafguard, etc.) with us, and advised against the more expensive leafguard due to pine needles. We were very pleased with his friendliness, knowledge, and recommendation on what we felt were the best options. We had to wait about 6 weeks to actually have the installation crew show up, due to the backlog of post-Hurricane Isaac work . The crew was also friendly, but very professional. They showed up when they said they would and wrapped up the job very quickly. Overall, we are pleased with the whole experience and it's rained a bunch, so we've now had the test.

Everything went as expected. They were professional from quote to finish. They even came back and fixed a portion of gutters that had been installed incorrectly.

On installation day, the men sized up the work site(s) and were set to start when I (and one of the helpers on the job) realized the lead installer kept referencing the wrong job order, which if not caught, would have resulted in the wrong style of gutters being installed. Luckily, we caught his (momentary) blunder. Installation went smoothly and quietly (I work from home) and relatively quickly, with Audubon doing some necessary cuts to rafters (but not repainting the ends ... this is left to the homeowner, as the quote explained). I do wish one piece, a diverter, had been made slightly longer so water flows 100% onto our driveway, rather than partially back-flowing toward the home's foundation. (A minor nit-pick, but with potentially significant consequences.)As for payment, I requested - and the installer expressed no problem with - being sent a bill for final payment. That bill never arrived, but we did get a phone call 7-10 days later from the quote issuer, asking "How do you like the new gutters?" and "How will you be paying?" Turns out Audubon doesn't send bills. They expect you to pay using the quote sheet, which we had not realized and which, frankly, seems unusual. (How can a customer know the final cost is the exact same? Why did the installer agree to send a bill?)Aside from that minor SNAFU/embarrassment, all went without a hitch, and we would recommend Audubon Gutters to others, as we have in the past based solely on their solid reputation locally.Our only "complaint" has to do with the unexpectedly loud noise from the new downspout placed near our bedroom. When I mentioned the issue during the follow-up phone call, he explained that's normal and we'll get used to it. Sadly, it's really booming and jarring during heavy rains (a lot of water flows through it!), which he said is due to the diverter at the bottom. When asked if there is any remedy (noise-isolating grommets? a diverter made from a different material?), he said "No." In light of this, I believe Audubon ought to take pains to help the customer plan things like downspout placement away from bedrooms; after all, they are the experts, and should not rely on a layperson's suggestions.

I am overwhelmed with their work, they placed special gutters and gave a lifetime guarantee to it. They work on time and finish on time. I am very pleased and satisfied with their performance.

they did a good job of removing the old gutters and replacing with new ones the only problem i had was that the guys they sent out to do the work were messy and were not very good cleaning the site at all. other than that they were professional and easy to deal with. the office responds quickly to calls and messages left and the i was billed at the estimated quote. the project needed to be completed in two steps and when i called to set up the second step of construction i did mention that the first time the crew was at the site they left it very messy. the office assistant was quite apologetic and said they take that part of their business very seriously and made sure that they cleaned up very well on the second visit.overall a pleasant experience with this company and i would use them again.

They were on time for the estimate and installation. They explained everything and made some slight modifications after providing some work around options given my specific situation. They cleaned up thoroughly. Friendly and courteous.

We have used them before and they had put in our gutters. The gutters are wonderful. They are leak guard gutters and they take away the need for having the gutters cleaned out. I had my gutters damaged by the tree cutting company. I called these people and they were able to send someone out to inspect the damage and give me an estimate the same day. It was great. I gave it to the tree people and they gave me a check. I got everything resolved by the end of the day. They also had a guarantee on the gutters. They guaranteed against birds building nests in the gutters. As per the agreement we have with them, if there is anything obstructing the gutters, they will come out and clean them out at no charge.

They were very responsive and did a great job. They came out to give me an estimate - arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. We scheduled the work to be done and it was completed according to plan. They were able to bend out a kink in the copper to improve functionality in addition to reattaching the gutter appropriately. The result looks great and is functional, which is about all you can hope for from a gutter. I highly recommend this company and would use them again for additoinal work.

They did a great job. The gutter quality is excellent and the price was very reasonable. I also did not need to be home, they simply came to the house and performed the service. I just called the next day and gave my credit card number and was charged then. The only problem I had was that I was told that they would be at my home one week. they did not come, and did not call. However, when I called to inquire, they were very professional, admitted their mistake, and apologized immediately. I think it was an honest mistake and not a normal occurrence. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would use them again.

Excellent service. The company removed my old gutter on the date I requested and then waited two weeks for painters to finish prior to installing the new gutters. The new gutters were installed very quickly on the date requested and clean-up was excellent. I realized after the fact that one downspout had been put in the wrong place and when I called the company came back the next day and made the change. Overall the service was excellent.

They provided a detailed estimate and did high quality work. They stuck to their quote which was much appreciated. The work was done exactly as described with in the time frame promised. I'm very happy with their services and would highly recommend them.

They were very good. They were a little bit on a pricey side but they did good quality work. There were a couple of things they didn’t tell me before that wasn’t included in the quote. It was a $2000 job but it cost me $150 more. There was a slight miscommunication. They explained what they were doing.

Signed contract March 2006; work was not performed until December 2006 due to manufacturing delays. Such is life in post-K, New Orleans. They also discovered rotten fascia and replaced it for an additional fee.
