I was desperate to get somebody to come take care of our lawn as our "regular" guy was very unreliable. So, instead of waiting to talk to neighbors (most of whom take care of their own lawns) to see if anybody had any recommendations, I decided to pay visit to Home Advisor. Within 15 minutes, not only did I find a person to come out TODAY to do the work, I hired a new company to take care of my lawn / greenery needs. A very polite young man showed up, did a great job, I paid him, and we worked out a schedule for him to come regularly, and that was it! Thank goodness for Home Advisor.
