This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company as part of a preventative maintenance contract we purchased. I was told I'd hear from A+ within 48 hours to schedule an appointment but never heard from them. I called or emailed them on several occasions with no response. So I called the home warranty company to ask to be assigned another provider. They said this was the only company they contracted with for service. I later found out that A+ only had one technician they assign to the home warranty preventative maintenance work and he was unavailable. I never got an appointment from them and even the person from the home warranty company who tried to intervene on my behalf couldn't get a response so they had to refund my money for the maintenance program.

Terrible service from all sides with this one. Call made to repair whirring/grinding noise coming from refrigerator motor and frost build-up. This is what the repairman had to say: 1) Had NO idea what was making the noise, so he called his supervisor. Supervisor also had no idea what it could be. 2) Decided frost was caused by combination of bad freezer door gasket and doors being uneven. 3) Doors cannot be adjusted - we must level-out the unit to get them aligned properly. 4) Will have to order replacement gasket (I could not see what was wrong with the current one) 5) See ya when the part comes in. I paid $100 toward our home warranty deductible for this. 1 week later I called company and got no answer so I left a message. I called the repairman's cell and was told the part hadn't come in yet. Company never returned my call. 2 weeks later I called repairman again and he told me he had quit and I needed to call the company. No one answered so I left a message DURING BUSINESS HOURS. No one returned my call for almost 24 hours. We asked why they never called us to followup on our work order. They blamed the repairman who, they said, they fired. We cancelled the service order and called another company. Within a few days the new repairmen came out (they would have come sooner if it had been a more urgent issue), IMMEDIATELY diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board, replaced the bad part with a new one from their van, inspected the gasket and found nothing wrong with it AND adjusted the doors. Now there's no more noise and no more frost. If you want a professional job done by someone who actually knows appliance repair and a business that answers their phone or at least calls their paid-up customers back, do not bother with this company.
