Description of Work: I had hoses stuck on faucets outside I could get off, hot water leaking out of a faucet handle, faucet levers needed to have the direction changed, and the little blue/red button that goes in my kitchen faucet replaced.

+ -1 moreI was out of country when I had a leak in the ceiling of my kitchen. My daughter had to take care of the problem. Since I didn't have a regular plumber, I told her to inquire with my insurance company. American Leak Detection was recommended to find the leak. Matt and Justin promptly came with their all their leak detection devices and after opening up the ceiling of the kitchen and wall between two bathrooms, they found the problem. They fixed it and I had water when I returned home. Yeah! They were courteous, professional, on time, and excellent plumbers. They are now my regular "go-to" plumbers! Actually, about 6 years ago they were the plumbers who did the excellent job on my kitchen remodel. For some reason, they left the plumbing company I previously used (and I was not impressed with their other plumbers). I looked in vain for years for Matt. When my daughter told me Matt the plumber was at my house fixing the leak, I was thrilled. He me remembered and she told my about my search for him. I will not lose him again!
Description of Work: Found the leak in the wall between the two upstairs bathrooms and fixed it.

+ -1 moreIt didnt go- they had different reasons as to why, but no one ever tried to reschedule the appointment they broke.
Description of Work: We scheduled this company twice to find the leaks in our swimming pool. Both times, they had last minute excuses as to why they couldnt. They never followed up or bothered to reschedule after they broke the second appointment. Communication was slow and calls were returned days after initial contact. I guess if you are the only game in town, you can treat your customers any way you want to. I have no desire to place a third call for service, and I tell everyone I can what a joke this outfit is.
