Description of Work: They installed a new a/c heating unit. It was the worse customer service experience I've ever had. They took the owner's manual with them saying they would bring it back to me. They didn't so I called and he would say I'll bring it tomorrow. When that didn't happen I'd call again and the same thing would happen. I still don't have them. And other than that, several times they told me they would be here at a certain time and didn't. When I would call it sounded as if he had forgotten or something.
