Description of Work: Rushed to install flooring, Cut precut boards that did not need to be cut until getting to the final wall. Wood floor was not installed tightly where the floors snap together. Floor unlevel, claimed he would keep building up slab until perfectly level but did not do this, not even close. Brought some helper with him that had never installed flooring before, seemed to be spaced out, i knew more about installing the floor the his assistant. He seemed to be dumb as can be, couldn't even carry on a normal conversation. I felt the owner of the business should train him on his own time, not on a real customers time. Started the job then left until the next day and then arrived late to finish one small room. Wasted my time waiting for him. Considering filing a lawsuit for not installing floors with a quality installation. Cannot recommend this business period. Not Satisfied, Not Happy, should have just installed myself.

Description of Work: Mike prepped the existing floor of old commercial tile and laid the vinyl plank tile throughout the house. The ceramic tile in the existing handicapped bathroom were popping up. He removed the old tile and laid a new ceramic tile floor.
