I called and made an appointment with him to come to my home and meet with me He showed me homes he had put roofs on told me how long he had been doing this type work He gave me a price I was very pleased with told me his warranty was for two years the date he could start He gave me a color chart to pick out a color He answered all my questions Told me about all the materials he would use down to the size of the screws He had put a roof on another home in my community they gave me his contact number

He came out and looked at my roof and gave me a free estimate. He showed me photos of roofs he had done and he gave me a price that we agreed on. He explained to me that he was busy and he gave me an approximate time for the job. I picked out the color of roof I wanted and called to let him know. He later called and told me that the color I wanted was more expensive than he thought. He gave me the option to pick out another color or the one I wanted. I chose to pay $400.00 more for the color I wanted and he was honest enough to call and let me know that it was higher. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. He gave me a two year warranty on the roof.
