 + -1 moreTrying to get estimates to remodel home. Moss spoke derogatory of all other contractors in area. After all said and done, his estimate was enough to build a NEW home !!!

Description of Work: He came out to give us a quote. Was very nice, spent as much time as we needed for questions and to help discuss color choices. Said he could have it done by xyz & would cost abc. We reiterated more than once that the entire job (pool installation) was waiting on these gutters, so basically not to promise what you can't deliver. So, from the time we started calling to confirm that he was still on track and for several weeks thereafter, he wouldn't answer the phone, his V/M was full, and he wouldn't return any texts. By now it's a couple of weeks after his date. Finally he called us back & said he'd be there on Tuesday. No show. On Wednesday, he said he'd be there for sure on Thursday. No show! Unbelievable.

 + -1 moreAfter agreeing to a price for the installation of the gutters and color, Mr. Moss said that he would have them up in roughly 2-3 weeks. That was approximately 8 months ago. I recontacted Mr. Moss because the gutters had not yet been installed and he met with my with my wife at the house where the gutters were to be installed and my wife went over the work and re-picked the color of the gutter to be installed. Mr. Moss told my wife that the gutters would be installed in 1-2 weeks. Since that time it has been well over a month and still no gutters and Mr. Moss has not re-contacted us. We are very unhappy with broken promises...................

 + 5 moreAfter the last storm, our older home incurred roof damage. Jerry came the same day I called him and tarped my roof within minutes before the rain began again. I will be calling on him to re-shingle my older home as soon as the insurance company finishes their paperwork.
Description of Work: Jerry's company built our newest home from the ground up. He recently added a game room above our shop. We call on Jerry's company to remodel and repair our older home. Quality, friendly service with quick response time.
