The plumbers were on time, thorough, time efficient, clean and honest. Work was done as discussed and prices matched the estimate.

They were way too expensive; two times more than other quotes. I didn't receive a quote until I called, which was 3 weeks later.

Once he was here, he never got back to me with an estimate.

They're general contractors and I use them for a lot of things. I own a condominium and they're doing various work for me in different units. They've re-stuccoed the entire four story facade of our condominium. They repainted the exterior of the back of our condo. It's a massive building and they've done the whole thing. They're great. We're on a first name basis. I talk to them all the time. They're very personable. It's clearly a family-owned business. They're really nice and they're great. I have a baby and they always ask how he's doing. They're really nice people. He's done a ton of work for me, probably all for $17,000. They subcontract stuff out, so it's easier to work with them, because it's all in one place.

Everyone at SES was VERY professional. The quality of the work was definitely work the higher cost. We were quoted a huge range of prices and I'm glad we went with one of the higher quotes. Working with SES was easy and the work was VERY well done. The workers were on time every morning, moved quicker than anticipated - but not decreasing quality of the work. They had great ideas for how to paint our stoop and skirt of the house (the two things I wasn't sure about). I would HIGHLY recommend them and would call SES again in the future.

I enjoyed working with them. They came early in the morning and they put a good day's work in. They clean up well.

It was great. He was extremely polite. He told us the previous plumber had, in fact, NOT put in a new seal, which made sense. The price was really reasonable. We would use him again.

Upon receiving the remodel quote I noted several areas where the information was not correct. The quote came back with ceramic tile being used in the shower when I asked for cultured marble. Considering the installation of tile is generally more expensive then the installation of cultured marble this made a difference in the price. The 2nd bath demo language in the quote was copied from the master bath despite complete differences in the existing material. The master bath currently has cultured marble whereas the 2nd bath has plastic. Therefore the demo should have been different. I asked SES to include the cost for the cultured marble in the quote. I discussed and/or emailed all these mistakes/requests to SES and promptly received a "Revised Estimate" that was exactly the same as the first. The request for including the cultured marble was completely ignored. The unresponsiveness of SES during this phase of the project concerned me. If SES is unable to get the quote correct what makes me think they will do a good job on the actual remodel.

All work has been done well and professionally. Owner Sean always offers to do a walk-through after the work is done, but we stopped doing that after the first couple of times we used them. Things are always done so well and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't ask for more!

The SES team is simply the best. Professional, courteous, complete clean up every day and the highest quality craftsmanship we've ever seen.

This is our 3rd time using SES. Their service and craftsmanship is always of the highest standard. They are always punctual, professional and impecable with clean up each day. They always stick to their estimate without hidden charges. We have and will continue to use SES for everything.

My husband and I asked SES for free estimate on 10-22-2014 and received the estimate on 10-30-2014. Price was fair and we're happy with Perry (estimator) and his professionalism so we decided immediately to hire SES. However, SES didn't schedule our project in timely manner, so we have waited, waited and waited. I asked them couple times and finally we've heard from them for updates of the project on 1-9-2015, says they'll be able to start our project on 2-24-2015. . . . . . . . We canceled their service.

Two 2 weeks to hear back and get their quote. Very unprofessional when someone is trying to hire you and you have to wait 2 weeks to hear back after several voicemails and emails were sent.

First of all I got the most complete estimate (3 pages) of all the work to be done - parts, labor, etc. The estimate was divided into Materials, Demo, Carpentry, Siding, and Painting & Prep with materials cost and labor costs clearly set out. The man who came out to do the walk thru and prepare the estimate was right on time and very thorough and professional. Asked and answered a lot of questions on materials and exactly what I wanted done. I was sent the estimate by email and called and set up the time for the work to be done. It turned out that they are very busy, so I had to wait about a month. The wait was well worth it! The crews came each day on time and worked long days. They finished the whole job in about 6 days - straight through from around 7 am to between 5 & 6 pm. They took care of every detail by hand. The only problem I had was in getting hold of the traveling job foreman. I should have made sure to get his phone number first thing. I had to go through the main office and that was slow. Only had 1 question so not a big problem, but something to keep in mind. One of the owners came out to do the final walk through and questioned me about the work and how his crew had performed.It was nice to see his level of involvement and care. He was actually the one who put in the soffit air vent covers. The house looks great, my neighbors have already asked who did the work and how to contact them. This was a great experience altogether and I will be using them again in the future.

The company that I did not love was SES. They seemed they only wanted to do really big job, kind of a little bit pushy with trying to push for like bigger job than what I originally has asked them to come in and look at. They did a good job with the electric work, but beyond that, the guy that does all their assessment is kind of almost like a sales person. I don't think I will be using them again just because of him. The electricians did a good job and the painters did a good job, but they came in, I had some other work for them to do and they just didn't even call me back to make an appointment because we have a small little project that needed to be done, nothing major. And I said, I really like the people that work for them. I would use the workers, yes but I couldn't get to them without talking to the guy first.

I showed them everything that needed to be done and the company then started talking about trying to make our house lightning proof instead of what I was trying them to do. He was trying to sell. It costs over $10,000 to put a lightning rod tech structure through the house to keep it from getting struck again by lightning. So that was it, I never heard back from them. It's like they came over and they left and I never heard back. They were minor things but they needed to be fixed. They were not big items that they would charge for a lot of money for it.

Let me first state that I have used SES twice in the past, both at my home and at my business and have been thoroughly satisfied. However, I had them come out to do an estimate for plumbing repairs and sub-floor work and signed the contract after being assured the work would be done withing 3 weeks of the estimate date, as the house is under a contract for sale. After a week of leaving numerous messages with the office and the person who performed the estimate. I did not get a call back until I wrote an email to the owner, only to be informed that they could not do the work within the time-frame I needed. Very disappointing.
