They were so outrageously expensive. I called to ask them questions and they never returned my call. We did not do business with them. They could improve their customer service. I had to be very aggressive just to get them to return the call. If I am not mistaken we had to make two or three different appointments. The first time they forgot to show up and the next time they showed up two hours late. They weren't very prompt. The poor customer service stood out to me. When I first talked to them they weren't bad.

It went quite well. It took almost a month to complete, but that's the fault of the weather more than anything. The workers were punctual, courteous and efficient. I couldn't be happier with the result.

The work was a complete success. The company arrived on time and every day they left the work as cleans as when they arrived. They first performed a demo of the bathroom and then poured a new shower bed and drain. The bed was slpoed perfectly, this was one problem with the old shower. They had to remove a heavy shower door before pouring the new bed. They put in new moisture resistant backer board. Then the star of the show arrived and installed the tile in the shower floor and walls. It was amazing the pride that he put in his work. All the line were perfect aligned and the final job was fantastic. They then reinstalled the shower door, installed the trim work to the doors and painted the bathroom. The experience was flawless from beginning to end that I am going to remodel my other bathroom. I would recommend them to all my friends. Satisfied Customer

We use SES exclusively now for EVERYTHING as they are the most professional, punctual, versatile and honest contractors we've ever encountered. From the time that Perry, the estimator comes to the house (always on time) to the final walk through and payment, you won't find better. Nothing hidden here. Perry's estimate is the final bill (unless you add on yourself or something really bad like extensive termite damage is found). Shawn Sanne, the owner, always comes out too as soon as the project begins. He has a crack team of carpenters, electricians, roofers and painters who work fast, professionally and cleanly. A few years back, SES redid a complete remodel of our kitchen and floors, sticking exactly to the original estimate without a penny extra, and did beautiful work. We then used them a year later to replace a rear door and sidelights that ended up being a job to reframe the whole area including soffit and fascia due to termite damage and infestation! Not only did the estimate barely exceed the original, despite all the extra work, but they put me in touch with a termite contractor who immediately rushed to the house to treat it, so work could progress on schedule. Many contractors would have closed the opening and moved to another job, saying "call me when you've addressed the termite problem". Mine was addressed within hours, thanks to Shawn Sanne, the owner, and his crew. While they were at it, they replaced other rotted portions of the soffit and fascia with barely any upcharge. And their work, as always, was top notch. This time, replacing the sliding doors for French doors, could not have gone smoother. We had delayed the work due to budget, but they stuck to the old estimate (from last year) and came out at the precise time they said they would, working from early dawn to the evening to get the job done in a day, with finishing work (painting, installation of the phantom screens and clean-up) the second day. Again, perfect work! While they were at it, they did some touch up paint work in another part of the house FREE OF CHARGE! Now, I'm having them out a 4th time to look at a roof leak and damge to the ceiling of the carport. SES can and does do ANYTHING needed in a remodel. A testament to their quality of work is the historic preservation award they won for their complete re-do of the St. Roch Market, which has garnered lots of press and recognition for the outstanding job SES did with that project. I'm glowing so much over these guys that this review might seem like a plug, but I give them an "A" in every category.

Overall, the job went extremely well. This was our 2nd time working w/ SES, and we would definitely work with them again. They were punctual, polite, and finished the job on time. This was our first bathroom renovation, and it wasn't a full scale renovation, but from talking to others, I think the pricing was competitive, and we were definitely pleased with the results. The scope of work included: - Painting - Removal of old / Installation of new medicine cabinets - Floating of damaged dry wall in - Installation of new light fixtures

It went beautifully as usual. Everything came out as we knew it would. SES is our contractor of choice. They have redone the entire house. The workers do not leave until they are satisfied. And, they are pickier than I.

very professional from start to finish. Shannon in the office coordinates everything to a T. They show up on time. Estimates were right on. Job completed on time and to my satisfaction. Had one minor issue which they addressed and corrected immediately. I will use them again and highly recommend SES for any size job dealing with the home. They completely restored a neighbors home inside and out and it looks great!

Job went well. Two carpenters showed up early and worked all day for two days until the demolition work was done and then built the new floor and stairs and hand rails. Painters came a few days later and finished the job. Work and craftsmanship was excellent. I would use again and would recommend SES to all.

SES did it all right. Not only was there quality carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting, but SES was great at keeping me informed of their progress. They called to announce when to expect them; they arrived on time, each member wore company shirts, and the crew consistently cleaned up after each day's work. They incorporated my ideas into the design, even the off-beat ones! I love my new kitchen and bath!

The crew at SES is beyond compare. From the team doing the scheduling, to the crews, and Shaun when he walks the property to ensure everything was done to his standards. I had a plumbing issue that his crew came out to address and fixed it quickly. They showed up when they were supposed to and were polite and respectful. This is the 4th time I have used SES for different jobs and I will use them again!
