We have had a leaky roof since purchasing the propety. I've had quotes from other companies and had one other roofer try some quick fixes. With the last rain storms there was clearly a larger issues. I called Shawn and on the same day he came out to asssess the problem. His team found that some of my roofing nails were rusty indicating that there could be more than one area of concern. His suggestion was to remove exsisting shingles, inspect flashing and any damages. Later that evening he sent me a qutoe for the job. His quote was in-line or lower than the quotes from other companies. Two days later his team showed up. Within an hour they had the old shingles off and found 3 wet (leak) spots. With in 6 hours they had finished the job and did a complete clean up of the area.

After multiple contacts by phone and in person job estimate, I decided I liked the estimate. I called and stated that I am ready to use services. I was told great, we'll call you right back. No return call ever received once I approved the work. Maybe too busy and would rather leave you hanging until you figure it out. Not unusual style and not the only one like this as we know.

Work was efficient and competent and did not cost more than estimate.

Start of project a little delayed. Professional crew came out to house and used best materials for repairs. Company owner was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Timely estimate which always seemed high to me.

He was really good and efficient. They came in, got it done, cleaned up after themselves, and matched everything well. They are very reliable.

I have no don't as everything was mapped out to my husband and myself before the work was started and it was letter perfect as the work went on. The promises, including when the project would start when it would finish and the cost was as I was told and done to perfection.

I found Shawn's company on Angie's List. When I called for a quote he came the same day, measured, and gave me a quote. His price was much better than the most visible local company (Audubon Gutters) and a few hundred dollars better than some others listed on Angie's List (Landrieu Bros., Behn). Shawn was personable and helpful. He answered my questions and was polite and friendly. When I called back to ask him to go ahead with the gutter installation, he scheduled the work within three days. (I was going out of town, so he worked around my schedule.) Shawn's crew arrived early and worked hard to get the gutters up before the summertime afternoon rainstorms arrived. They were friendly and efficient, and they answered my questions about some minor rot I had on some rafters. The new gutters work well and look great! Overall, this was a very positive experience.

He did excellent work. He was on time, was neat, professional and were perfectionists in what they did. He was done in a day and I would recommend him.

Shane was prompt and creative at gaining access to my roof. I had forgotten to tell him my one story house sat on piers. He arrived when he said he would. He and his work partner helped me up on the roof so I could inspect the damage. It could have been a scene out of Funniest Videos. Let' just say, I was not the fleet footed one. Completed the tasks and received the 5% discount promised to customers that are members of Angie's List. This was a 50% recoup of my annual fee. Shane and his team were very professional and courteous.

Shawn from SES contracts his projects out to subcontractors, but Shawn, himself comes to discuss the project and quote the price. Once we accepted his offer, his gutter sub-contractors arrived to remove the old gutters first -- upon which, we discovered that the facia boards behind the old gutters has rotted in several places. Shawn was very flexible in rescheduling his crew so that we could have a carpenter come in and replace the wood before the new gutters were installed. Shawn even agreed to install one of the boards in a hard to reach area of the roofline that my carpenter couldn't get to with his equipment. Once the gutters were installed, they were molded to the appropriate length on-site and turned out beautiful.

Shawn from SES quoted us a fair price and had a member of his crew knock out the work quickly and on schedule. We were worried about punching holes in our relatively-new roof, but so far, all is good!

They did a excellent job according to what we asked. Everything turned out real well. They were very nice and pleasant men to work with.

EVERYTHING THAT WAS CONTRACTED FOR WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND ABOVE BOARD STANDARDS.

Did not use SES but I was very impressed with their professionalism in the bidding process. They were very responsive and tried to meet my demanding specifications. I chose a different contractor due solely to his close proximity to my home (effectively a neighbor); had this not been a factor in my decision I would certainly have selected SES to do the work.

Replaced roof/support beams on my outside shed - worked with me on price and the scope of the work - did a great job - very highly recommended.

He told me since I had the pipe repaired and I stopped the leak that my wall should not come down. He was smart enough to see that the mold was just limited to the glue on the paper. That saved me a lot of money. The wall is in great condition. No mold, no mildew.

S.E.S Put up a fence in no time around my yard. They Showed up on time and very friendly.

AMAZING. I called SES Enterprises on Monday afternoon, Shawn returned my call promptly within 24 hours. After seeing the roof he scheduled the repair on Wednesday. We had a little weather problem next day so he could not repair, it rained, then snowed. The afternoon of the snowfall he e-mailed me to say he could be there the next day. He appeared on time, with his supplies and employees, tore off the roof within two hours and was already replacing the roof within a couple of hours. He was finished in one day. His workers cleaned up after themselves and it was cleaner than when he came. He even saved some of the English slate for me in my garden. I also understand that he is a general contractor so he does know about other construction work. I will use him again and will definitely recommend him.

THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND DID NOT HAVE TO HAVE THEM COME BACK OVER AND OVER. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. ONLY REGRET IS I DID NOT HIRE THEM FIRST. EXCELLENT CRAFTSMANSHIP.

An estimate was given in a timely matter and work began exactly when they said it would. Contractor was very open to discussion with my concerns. They were on time and owner could be reached by phone, if he was not already there. My calls were always returned in a timely matter. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I had found that his workers were very capable. They take the time to talk about what they are going to do so they don't make any mistakes. The owner comes to check up on them to make sure things are going okay. They cleaned up very well after every day. They also work on the weekends until they get the job done. They hardly stop and take breaks so that they can get it done quickly.
