It was about $1500 for their services. The end result was okay and it wasn’t bad or good. Their work reflected the price they charged. You get what you pay for. They were pretty responsive. I don’t have the time to follow up and check up on their work. I would probably not use them again. They tell you that they will give you a discount if you give them a high rating on Angie’s List. So, that’s probably not good.

Also I found two holes in the walls that I did not know were there till we moved boxes so they would have room to work, plus another small water spot on the ceiling and they found loose shingles around the solar panel. They fixed all of these also which saved me time and money from having to request them to come back. Perry over saw the work and he is so good at his job. Sits with you and explains everything so no surprises unless unexpected as I had but was no problem for him to have taken care of. Trever did an awesome job with the dry wall and roof and probably other jobs that I don't know he did. The plumper did an great job of taking out all the old pipes from the solar panel and replacing the hot water heater a smaller energy efficient unit as my 80 gal was so over used and the 50 works great with just 2 people now at home. I have used companies before but these people treated my garage as if it was there's and you can not ask for anything more. I have several projects I am working on saving my money to get completed and I will most definitely have them come back and do the jobs. I just wouldn't trust anyone else. They came within a couple of days of our contact. It was a free estimate. Everything seemed above board and fine. We haven't actually commissioned the work yet but we are considering them.

We were very, very satisfied with them. We were impressed with the professionalism of the guys that were here and how they conducted themselves when they were on the property and how they communicated back and forth with us. They were very professional. They were about an hour late but they were behind a wreck so we couldn't complain. We would definitely use them again.

The man who originally came out to give me the estimate was very nice. After than though they didn't call me or try to contact me in anyway. When I finally heard from them it wasn't even for me.

SES gave me a prompt, fair estimate and arrive on the scheduled day on time. They finished all of the work in one day. It looks great and they cleaned up completely when finished. I uses SES for bathroom remodeling a couple of years ago and they did a great job on that as well. I highly recommend SES.

I felt I needed to hire a contractor because I was not able to stay at my house and manage the different workers needed to do the job. I still have to go to work for a living ! I checked "Angie's List" and found SES Enterprises. They had an enormous list of satisfied customers. I was having to do this job because the Jefferson Parish Code Violation people were insisting on it. I did not have time to get more than one estimate. According to their reviews, their other customers thought their prices were reasonable, so I took a chance with them. I was notified by the parish on September 12th, had an estimate by September 16th, and the work was completed by October 25th, after taking approximately a week to complete the job. I was able to go to work each day confident that the workers would have no problem in doing a good job. When I got home in the evenings they would tell me everything they had done and what was to be done the next work day, I am very happy with their work. The office personnel was very efficient and helpful. Shawn, whom I presume is the owner , understood what I wanted and actually remembered everything I told him. These people are a pleasure to work with !

SES was wonderful! They finished the whole project within 24 hours and it look beautiful! I felt comfortable giving them a key so they could work while I was at work. They even gave me advice on how I should arrange the tile. Everyone was so nice and accomodating, they really tried to work around my schedule. I would recommend SES to anyone who asked and will call them again whenever I need anymore work done.

They are very professional. I think I would recommend them to others. I would use their services again in the future.

From the beginning, our experience with SES was nothing but great! Shawn showed up to our appointment on time, and knew exactly what he was talking about. Being in a construction-related industry myself, I was impressed with his thorough knowledge of the work that he was offering to perform. Our job was not without a few snags; namely, a subcontractor did some shoddy work. However, Shawn was quick to notice it, repair it, and continue to go above and beyond to guarantee that both my wife and I were happy. In the end, the addition that SES built, as well as the other renovations to our home, exceeded our expectations, as well as came in under our budget (which is almost a never in construction!). I'm very, very impressed with SES, both with Shawn, his expert crew, and his friendly, responsive office staff. I will continue to refer him both to friends, family members, and clients without hesitation!

It was a very reasonable price and it worked well. They did a great job and solved my problem.

Contacted SES after noticing a leak near skylight after tropical storm Lee. The appointment for the estimate was set up. Shawn arrived at the appointment time, identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. I would highly recommend SES for both large and small jobs. They are professional and courteous.

My experience with SES was first-rate. I found their team to be responsive, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Although I did not finally select them as my roofing contractor, they were on my short list, and for all other types of work that they perform, I will solicit bids from for their services in the future.

It was a job well done. I waited till it rained to know the roof prooved to be a great job. They did excellent work. They were very courteous.

They were very professional, punctual, were there working each day, we had an issue on our own getting the granite from a different company, which slowed the process, but that was on us. They did a very good job. They fixed anything that wasn't up to what we expected or desired without hassle. The office personnel were responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for future projects.

SES Enterprises came when they said they would meet me at my home. The work was performed in a very professional manner and I was able to return to work to complete my day.

We arranged to have the floor refinished during a week when we were out of town. We were a little bit nervous about that (both for security reasons and because we like to supervise work), but the thought of those smelly chemicals around our kids was enough to send us packing. All that said, we were 100% satisfied with the job in every way. The patch of new flooring is almost undetectable and the overall job was really nice looking. The other job that SES did for us was to build our new deck. It is approx. 12x26 feet, with railings on one side and benches around the rest of it. The deck looks amazing. Originally, we weren't satisfied with the benches that the company built for us, but after a simple phone call explaining what it was we didn't like, the company came right back out and corrected the problem. It must be hard to have a customer not be completely satisfied with one's hard work, but their correcting the issue was very professional.

The way business should be done. From the initial communications, site visit, prep work, performance, to the post construction walk through and payment, this was one of the easiest projects I have procured. I work in contracting and found Steve and his team to be very professional and servicing. At the initial meeting we walked through, wrote out a complete work order, and recieved a written itemized quote within two days. We scheduled the work out 1 week in advance and work was completed before the original suggested time line. There were few issues that needed some attention but each were taking care of immediately. For instance, we ordered 5 inch replacement gutters to be installed after the painting was completed. Their machine that forged the aluminum for 5 inch gutters was broken so they incresed the gutters to 6 inches at no addition charge. Also, there were maybe 5 areas that needed some touch-up paint (actually a very common occurence in construction) and without question or hesitation, Steve and his crew corrected the problem. Really, this is a good company, and I would recommend them to family and friends. Jeff

Mr. Perry was very friendly. He was sent out by this company because my contractor left the job without finishing it. He had to continue running electrical wires,switches, and hook up all kitchen appliances, including hooking up plumbing. He made this experience better for me.

I needed turbines installed in order to vent my attic. I found SES on Angie's List and requested an estimate via email. SES sent someone out for an estimate within a few days of my request. I thought the estimated amount was good and they also noted that a few of my shingles were popping up and that they included the repairs to those shingles in the estimate. The work was scheduled and the work was completed in a very professional manner.

Had old roof removed and new roof installed on townhouse after purchasing the home in May 2011 by a local company called Dependable Roofers. Afterwards we kept having issues with the roof leaking when it rained really hard. Basically a little trickle of water would come down one of the walls every time. I had the old roofer come out 4-5 times and he worked on the flashing and also said he tried to reseal it a few times. After the roofer basically said he thinks the water is coming from the wall or from the neighbors house and that it's not coming from our roof we knew we had to find someone else to fix it. We called SES and they came out and gave us an estimate. We scheduled the work and they came out on time to do the job. Afterwards we still had a very small leak (much less then we had before) and I called them back and they came out the next day and fixed it. We had a tropical storm hit several weeks later and even after a full day of hard rain we had absolutely no leaks. They fixed the issue that our old roofer could not do (and it wasn't our neighbors roof nor was it coming from the wall). The only small issue I had was on the invoice it says "Price includes 5% discount for rating our company on ANGIE'S LIST upon completion of project.". I wonder if we actually received a discount or not. They should state on the invoice how much it costs and then the discount amount. I believe this would help remove any questions on if we actually get a discount or not.

I am so happy that I found SES and cannot say enough kind words about them. They were the most awesome and professional people to work with. I have an old house and everytime we opened something up there was another problem. Sean and Penny were always there to provide me with the help I needed. When we discovered a leak in the wall of the kitchen, they provided me with a plumber who was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job replacing all of the pipes. All of the work they did was second to none and perfect! I will continue to use SES as all of their guys are trustworthy and extremely competent.

Roofing repair. This was a difficult repair of a roof valley. Others have tried are were not successful. SCS was successful in correcting the problem. Definitely recommend.

I called and was told I would get a drive by estimate. The secretary called several days later to apologize that no one had been by to look at the gutter. She said she could schedule a specific time. I said that wasn't necessary, because my schedule didn't allow me to be at home. I just happened to be at home a week later and the guy showed up unannounced to survey the gutter. Nice guy, professional, said he would email me the estimate asap. 7 days later, after not getting an email estimate or call back, I called the number listed. I was quickly brushed off and told to "call this number...she'll help you." I called and got a voicemail. I don't like giving bad reviews, but it seems like I was the one doing all the work. It's a shame because we had several projects we would like done in the future

I saw SES Enterprises on Angie's List and gave them a call due to their ranking. No one was in the office when I called but I left a message. They returned my call within about 30 mins. I gave them a description of my problem and they had an available appointment the next morning. She asked if that would be acceptable to my schedule which it was. Shawn came out as scheduled and even a few minutes early. He completed the inspection of the roof and noted the areas that needed to be addressed. He reviewed each of the problems and explained the repairs that were required. He also gave an overall impression of the roof. He gave a detailed cost estimate and amount of time to complete the repairs. He completed the repairs in the allotted amount of time and reviewed any additional things he observed while performing the work. He informed us that he did not anticipate any further problems but did tell us what to look for when it rained again and to contact him if we noticed anything out of the ordinary so he could address it as quickly as possible. Shawn was very helpful and professional in this job. I would recommend them to others and plan on using other services that they provide in the future. In addition I would like to comment on the courteous person in the office who called me back. She listened attentively to what problem I was having and offered the appointment to see if it was acceptable. In some cases an appointment is offered and you don't have a choice. It was nice that she realizes everyone is busy and was asking about fitting our schedule as well.
