We had a great experience with SES. They show up when they say they will, they perform their work efficiently, and they do quality work. They're also very pleasant to work with and were very good about keeping the project areas neat and as clean as could be expected given the demo work. I would recommend them to anyone doing work on their home. They gutted and completely refinished two bathrooms for us, and in our basement they installed vinyl plank flooring, repaired some drywall, installed new interior doors, and moved our washer and dyer hookups. They were always incredibly responsive to any questions we had and were great about working with us when our flooring got delayed. I would definitely hire them again.

Never heard back with an estimate, even after I called and they promised a response. Never happened.

SES was responsive from the very beginning. Perry (estimator) showed up when he said he would and returned a bid for the work when he promised. The crew was very hardworking and were prompt every morning. Ashley called every afternoon to update us as to who would be here in the morning, what time they would arrive, and what they would work on. The owner, Shawn checked in routinely. I cannot say enough good things about the whole process. We are really pleased with the rennovation and feel like we have a new home!

I apologize but SES contacted me yesterday and the estimate apparently had been sent in late July but I never received it

Their estimator "Perry" failed to follow through. After conducting an on site inspection, no estimate was submitted. One week later I called SES inquiring as to their estimate. I was referred to Perry who still had not worked up the estimate of charges as well as the timé scheduling. When queried he stated that the job cold not be commenced until 2 or 3 weeks at the earliest. Very sloppy and careless response.

It did not go well. The installed boards buckled and a mess was made with the silicon sealant.

The went well. When some issues arose, the SES team was pleasant, responsive, professional and committed to doing the best possible job.

They did a great job, it took forever to get a quote but once quoted, the work was very professionally done. They do good work if you have the time and money.

Unbelievable! I have to say I was the most impressed by the workers and how fast the job moved. The workers were so polite and respectful. They cleaned up everyday so I never came home to a mess.

It took a few weeks to have someone come out to see what was needed, and then another 2+ weeks to receive the actual quote. During this two week period we were able to get 3 other quotes..... The quote received from SES was more than twice the amount of the highest of 3 others we received. For this reason we did not go with their services.

They've been good and my son used them to. They did well, the only thing is they do sub out. They have good sub contractors.

I have used SES for a couple of different things around the house - big and small. I have total confidence in their services. They are always professional, timely, and do a fantastic job, no matter what I have hired them for. I highly recommend them!

PROS: A. Estimator - I decided to work with this company because the first person who came to the house immediately knew what I wanted done and did not make up extra renovation needs unlike other contractors who came prior to his visit B. Field Team - very skilled with obvious expertise (1) Demolition and construction crew worked efficiently and was conscientious about protecting bedroom from dirt and dust. Completed their task in one day (2) Lead plumber re-routed pipes and drains for tub and walk-in shower in one day (3) Tile team is impressive - lined shower bed before laying down water resistant mud bed; insatlled cement board for shower walls; applied sealant and then installed tiles with great attention to details (tile alignment and aesthetic arrangement of mosaics) - required 4 days C. Overall craftsmanship of each team is excellent D. At certain supply stores, the customer can get the same purchase discount as the company E. I come from a military family and appreciate people who work with honor, integrity, and great character. I felt like they respected my home and gave me what I asked for. CONS (1) This company is very busy with a small crew so the process took longer than would have been required if they were only scheduling one job at a time. But I felt fortunate that my "small" job was worth the company's time. (2) The bathroom was in various stages of repair over 1-month. Nonetheless, I was patient because of the obvious worker skill sets. (3) Overall communication could be improved; but, fortunately for the customer and the company, the ladies in the office are responsive to inquiries

I had to wait about a month for them to start the job, but it was worth the wait. The carpentry was beautiful, with much attention to detail. The painting was professionally done.

The best contractor I've ever worked with. The workers did top quality work, were punctual, and cleaned up completely every day. The prepping of the walls was extremely thorough, and the painting was remarkably neat. They actually took apart an old window and rebuilt it to fit my space. Someone from the office called me every day just to ask how things were going. The owner, Sean, and the estimator, Perry, were a pleasure to work with. And they completed the entire job ahead of schedule. A really good experience.

it took a few months, but the workers made it out when expected and progress went well. there were issues, but that is no surprise on a big job like this, and they were resolved, so everything got done.

Fantastic. All employees were courteous & professional. Small delays were well explained it yearly for one room for improvement /would be happy present purchasing terms & more detailed communication at overall plan.

As always the job was completing as scheduled & in a satisfactory manner the job site was left clean and all left over material was removed from site. I've used for 15 years SES for 15 years ago have always been satisfied.

SES was extremely professional. We had everything we requested done in an efficient manner and even, with some suggestions, added some other elements to the renovation of the back of our home with minimal increase to the overall final price.

local cable company tech stepped the ceiling. was told to get some estimates. Spoke with owner who said to call his office and the "girls' would schedule someone to come out to give an estimate. They never did.

The workmanship was excellent. The SES installer was thorough and meticulous, as if he was doing work in his own home. His attention to detail was excellent. He successfully matched wood color by mixing stains, making a seamless transition between the old and new wood. He took the time required to complete a difficult job. SES's estimator was willing to meet with us on more than one occasion to update information and answer questions. Everyone was professional. We could not be more satisfied.

He arrived on time and got to work. He explained what needed to be done and did very nice work. Very personable & polite & everything working to our satisfaction.
