Excellent job of finding and replacing bad wood, and excellent paint job as well. There were sometimes delays in communication, but never so much as to become a major issue. Representatives were always polite, attentive, and supportive. Minor issues were quickly dealt with with no additional charges. I can strongly recommend these guys!

I've used SES for several years for big and small jobs and they do exceptional work. All of their people are highly professional.

After some initial miscommunication, SES did a terrific job on my home improvement. The crew showed up when promised, worked all day, and left in the evenings until the job was finished. They were competent, neat, quiet, and respectful. I appreciate the way they placed the demolished wood and trash out of the way until they hauled it away. The carpentry and painting was expertly done. The work space was left clean. The new lumber was painted without a drop spilled. I was very pleased with the new look of the old house and hope to have more work done asap. The price seems fair to me and I am totally satisfied that I chose SES.

The first job they did impressed me as they did an exceptional job. They did a really good job, incredible, professional and clean. They are little on the expensive side but do a great quality work.

we were planning on tiling the shower ourselves and got over whelmed...we used SES for our roof after Hurricane Isaac and the were great so we called them back. Shower looks amazing and the tile is perfect. Could ask for a better job.

They were very aware of our working schedule and tried to do their job with our schedule in mind. They kept in touch throughout the process.

Very pleased with the work done by SES (specifically Tory and his team), as well as the service. Our house had significant dry rot in the siding and wall joists as well as molded drywall that needed replacing. The SES team was on time every day, and did great, solid work that I still am pleased with every time I look at it. Tory also did a great job keeping me - a layperson - in the loop as to what what happening and what needed extra work and what could wait. They also spotted a few other issues around the exterior of the house and helped fix those up as part of the job. All work was inspected by them and in a few cases redone where there was something that should have been done better - nothing I could tell to my eye, but they made sure they got the job done right without extra cost. They're first on the list to be called next time we're in need.

Did good work quickly. They had to suspend the final installation for a couple of weeks because a neighbor objected to not having been notified that there would be new fencing installed and wanted to have a survey done to make sure it was not encroaching on his property. He paid for the survey and we were able to finish the fence very quickly. Workers were energetic and worked full days. Very professional in their approach to us and to their work. Only criticism would be that SES was not always prompt in their replies, but I am pretty patient, so it did not cause any real problems.

It went well. They advised me to put siding on an attached shed rather than painting it, and that was good advice. Workers were here promptly at 7:00 and worked the whole day with just a few short breaks. Quality of work was good. Siding on the ceiling of the carport was not installed in a pleasing manner, so they took it all down and re-installed it according to the directions that Shawn (owner) gave them. It now looks very nice. Painters and siding installers were all very accommodating and professional. Price was fair, though not the very lowest, but I chose them because they seemed to show more interest in doing the job than did the others. They were sometimes a little bit difficult to reach if I needed to talk to them and they did not start as soon as I had expected, but it did not matter too much because the work was not critical.

The finished product looks great. It took him about two hours to do the job but it also took about a month to get him out to do it. They said they were busy plus the weather has not been good either. I found it hard to get someone out to do a small job like this. Someone who is handy could do it a lot cheaper. I'm very satisfied with the work they did and would use them for a larger project.

They did a great job! They did a lot of prep work and were very careful with our floors. They were very punctual, hard working and professional.

Provider used a subcontractor. They were a little late in getting started, but did a very good job. Cleaned up nicely and cameback after the job to check to see that everything was done correctly

I have used SES Enterprises for a number of construction and repair projects: fencing, gutters, roofing and waterproofing and most recently design and construction of a permanent deck enclosure. Shawn, the owner is very responsive and gave me an honest estimate of the work. He scheduled the construction in a reasonable time period. The final product exceeded the original estimate because of upgrades I requested during construction. The quality of the design and construction was excellent. His office stayed in touch with me continuously during construction. I highly recommend this contractor for any small or large home upgrades or remodelling.

I am ecstatic with the work performed by SES. My project mainly involved kitchen renovations (including add on) to a house built in the 1870s. The also opened up a wall and built a cased opening in my living room/foyer. The entire SES team who worked on my house was professional, respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I never had a question they couldn't answer, or problems for which they didn't have great solutions. They kept me informed at every step. They cleaned up after themselves and fixed anything that was damaged! The work itself came out beautifully. It flawlessly blends with the character of my old house. Every detail from flooring to molding to casement was matched. They stuck to their budget, and gave me fair prices when I made big ticket changes to the plans. Minor changes that involved more work were done w/o charge. I've lived with the renovations now for a number of months and have had no issues whatsoever. I loved these guys so much, I kept tacking on additional work - new wall lighting fixtures installed in bedroom, extra lighting work around the entire home, brick planters and horsehead poles, outdoor painting, roof and gutter repair, and a new brick walkway. I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to others (which I already have to quite a few people). My only headache over the project was how long it took. They didn't want to give me an estimate of time due to the age of my home, as they had no idea what issues might present themselves as the construction progressed. That was fair, and issues did arise. However, having used other contractors, I find timing estimates to always be tricky and generally completely missed. SES was better than most; more important to me was the dollar estimate, which they absolutely stuck to. And it was nice that they stuck around for awhile so that I could keep tacking on additional work!

I had used SES about 6 months before for drywall repairs inside my tenant apartment and was extremely pleased and impressed by the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff so I called again when I needed extra work for my house. They came ponctualy, Sean the owner was present and always explaining what was going on. His crew was every bit as good and knowledgeable as the one for the first work performed. The price is a bit high but Sean gave a discount when I asked. I highly recommend this company.

He did an amazing job. They were very timely. Once they got there, it was almost a month away because they were so popular. Other than my son doing a last minute walk through, I had no idea what I was talking about. There was just a little snafu between where they put tiles and where I requested to put tile but then I wasn’t there for the walk through and my son was. But that wasn’t their fault, that was our fault. They put tile where there should have been different tile but that was our fault in that I couldn’t communicate to my son that it should not have been like that. The price was reasonable. They were very professional. When i need to do renovation work, I'm gonna use them. I'm just gonna simply be there rather than try to communicate through my son.

the job was completed in one day. they cleaned up the worksite. the date was changed a couple of times, but this is understandable with this type of work. I would definitely use them again.

It was great. They were on time every day and were very respectful of the house and area under construction. The guys knew what they were doing and would answer any questions we had as they went along. They even changed some of the project per my wife's instructions as we went along. They came in on budget and delivered a great finished product that matches the rest of the home perfectly.

They were terrific. Did the gutter work quickly and on time, and took all the trash, etc., with them at the end. The roof vent was a hard job, and Shawn came back a couple of times (at no extra charge to me) to get the job right. He finally discovered a cut in the roof that was letting the water in, and he repaired it. All together a great job. I'm very satisfied and recommend them without reservations.

Great--estimate was done in a timely fashion. Work was carefully completed with attention to detail. There was minimal disruption to our lives! Also, work areas were completely cleaned up before workers left. We are very pleased.

,I had some obvious stucco problems, An AC compresser roof foundation problem and some other roofing repairs that were needed. Once the work was started they realized there was more that was needed then quoted. However they stuck to their estimates. They even found a way to reduce the cost with the AC because they did not need to Disconnect the compressor to rebuild the stand. They came in several hundred dollors below the origional estimate. I have found cheaper estimates but with SES the job only needed to be done once.

Very satisfied with the product. SES was responsive and willing to take a very small job. Company communicates on email which is helpful and they showed up on-time as promised.

It took around 2 weeks for someone to come out and give me an estimate on replacing part of my existing wooden fence. The man was about 1 1/2 hours late, however, the office did call. After the inspection, the inspector told me that in 1-2 days I would get an e-mail quote. In 4-5 days I had not heard anything. I called the office, verified the e-mail address (they had the correct address) and the office said I would get the quote in 1-2 days .It's been 3 weeks now and no estimate. Got the feeling the job was too small. If that was the case, it would have been better for them to say so up front.
