They came out and provided a free quote. A few weeks after signing the quote, they completed the service. All work was done professionally and for a good price.

Expert and efficient work, good cleanup

I was unable to be there the day the work was done. But several days later when I was able to see the work I was pleased. The work area was cleaned up as promised. I was VERY concerned about damage that may occur given the small tight work area they were in.

It went fine, once the arrival time snafu was over. They showed up at a time before they were supposed to, and just started working, which is not THAT big of a problem. A little more attention to scheduling might help them. Nevertheless, they did a fantastic job, and they know about trees and how to save them in a healthy way. The tree is still thriving. They did their work quickly and quietly.

They did a great job. They were very neat and tidy and left no mess behind. The best part was they didn't even bother me while doing the service; they came into the yard, did the work and left. I plan on using them again in the future.

They have done work for me in the past including trimming trees when they were under a different name. I was not there during the service. I think they do a good job but I recommend being present so you can direct them on what specific areas you want trimmed.

The guys who came to do the work did a fine job and cleaned up well. The billing department messed up the payment and could not figure it out. I would not use them again in the future because of the billing issues.

They did a great job. They did a drive by and were able to provide me with an estimate in a day or two or my call. They came out the following week for the service and had it done before I was home from work. They picked up everything in the yard.

They are really professional and great to work with. Whenever we have an issue with a tree we call them, I would not call anyone else. We have been using their services for a few years. I have always felt like I am in good hands and they are not over priced. Our neighbors use them as well and have also been pleased.

Scheduling was good, they were responsive and worked with our schedule. They did a fine job. They arrived on time, did what they were supposed to do and did not leave a mess.

Had to ask questions, not forthcoming with ideas/thoughts about viability of tree, success rate of treatment when Chris came by for estimate. There's also a bit of disconnect. He determines probably treatment, gives me price, but no details are written down for customer or technician who will come later. For instance, the tree had several "nest" areas in crooks, and I don't know if technician would find them, too. We could not tell that any work had been done 7/2 when tag left on door, we weren't home, so Chris met my husband at home and examined tree to show him that work was done. It was hard for him to find, also! But the drilling could finally be found. 30-day follow-up was part of deal, but I had to call and remind them weeks after 30 days passed.

Womderful. They came out promptly and gave us an estimate and great price and the gentleman was very professional. They came today to do the work. All of the workers were very professional. The tree was located in an enclosed courtyard and I had concerns about them working so close to the rear house. They were wonderful. Not one issue. They were very careful to not break anything or do damage to the houses that surround this small courtyard. They also cleaned everything up to perfection. I would definitely recommend them. I was totally at ease when they were doing the work.

I called Tree Medics out to give me an estimate on trimming trees back from my roofline. Chris arrived on time surveyed the problem and offered me a great estimate of $300. Chris told me that he would send me an official estimate once he returned to the office. Tree medics was the last of several estimates that I received and based on the price Chris gave me I decided that they would do the job. After several days passed, I never received an official estimate. I called the office and told them that I never received a written estimate and made sure they had my correct contact information,I was assured that I would receive an estimate later that day. I never received an estimate. After a week I called them again and expressed my disappointment with the lack of professionalism in getting me an estimate as I really wanted to have the trees trimmed. I was told that the regional director was in town which would explain the delay. I still to this day have not received an estimate.

You won't get bargain prices but they do good work.

I have not had any problems with them. They show up when they say they are going to. They do the work fine. Last time I had trouble with a neighbour who wanted the limbs away from his place but I was paying for the job and I wanted it right for the tree because the tree was important to me... They are good at compromising and he is very co-operative in working with people. They are very honest. He found termites in my tree actually and he informed me that he does treatment for them but that they would be much more expensive than the exterminating company that I have for the house. So he gave up that job to give me the better deal. He has worked on that tree three times and they are excellent. I will continue to use them in the future.

There was a lack of honesty about the condition of my tree; I have been paying a yearly fee for them to manage this tree but I think it is still dying.

This is the second time we used them, and they again did a superior job. I put 'B' for two items, and so they were a bit late by 2 hours and the cost is not the lowest by not using non-knowlegeable pick ups from the roadside: I believe I got excellent value. They sent a person a few days before we said 'yes', and he saw what we wanted and gave us the estimate. When they came, the job was done well and by the end of the day. Part of the job also involved walking upon a "slate" roof to get at a cedar tree overhang: no tiles were broken (no small thing!). They also worked with what we wanted to achieve plus gave their opinion: again good professionalism.
