Description of Work: The 2 most recent times I had to contact him, there were problems that he could take care of remotely, so he didn't have to actually come out to my house for a service call and, therefore, they were cheaper than if he had actually had to come the house to fix them. But he still took up a lot of time to fix them, so I didn't think $65 for one and $75 for the other was out of line. Depending on how quickly the problems can be fixed, that's what the charge is actually based on. My initial installment when I bought my new computer was somewhere between $125 and $150, I honestly don't remember, but he had to come in and take out my old computer, remove files from it and place them on my new computer because I am just about computer illiterate, and various other things. He always responds promptly, is always extremely courteous and professional, and I have confidence in his abilities and feel safe having him come to my home.
