When Frank's Stump Grinding & Tractor Work failed to show up for his appointment I called to find out if hes was going to follow up the following day or week, the phone call was not returned. I followed up the following week and spoke with his wife who said he was to busy, and hung up on me.

The job went great. I am a retired process manager that have extensive experience with different type of work and workers. This guy came to look at the job at the time he said he would and told me exactly what he would do and what it would cost . The job was started the next day on time. Other people I call on Angie's list refused to look at the job or wouldn't call back. Frank was recommended to me by a close friend. In the future, I would not hesitate to call Frank for other work he is capable of doing such as: tree cutting, lawn service, front-end loader work, dirt spreading and lot and driveway grading.
