Not satisfied with this company.

Woke up to half power on in home. Looked up electrical service company on Angie's List, because we have not had to use a electrician in home before. We found the listing of Tommy's Electrical Service but no rating in our area for any electrical contractors. We called Tommy's Electrical because they were listed with Angie's List. They told us to double check with energy company, in case the problem was on their end. This advice would save us a service charge if it was the power company's problem. The power company came out and verified they had no problems with incoming power. Called Tommy's Electrical back and let them know the findings. They came out that evening and checked out electrical box and found that the Master Breaker had burnt and caused mounting bracket and housing to be changed. They re-wired home wires directly into all breakers bypassing the master breaker, which was a safe temporarily fix. They had problem finding a electrical box that would fit into the hard piping that was there already, but eventually found one they could work with. This electrical box had to be ordered. When the box came in they called and set up appointment to change out. They showed up and did the work and everything is back up and running fine. They were very professional and friendly and did what they could to help us out. They cleaned up area and left us all parts that was changed out.
