Stan's Plumbing and Heating

Stan's Plumbing came and unclogged sinks and pipes and cleaned out the "Clean Out" and ran a very long de-clogging machine which took some time to unclog. We live in a lower area and clogs happen more. Very professional and very thorough. Highly recommend!

Toilet was plugged, had to remove toilet and ran 25 foot roto rooter line in drain system. unplugged the toilet about 3 weeks later toilet plugged again they came back and reran the roto rooter and removed plug again. Cost above was only 75.00 because i have home warranty with american homeshield and only had to pay 75.00 trade fee

I called at about 830am to confirm they had available servicemen to come to my rent house to clear a drain line outside the home. The person who answered the phone confirmed that they did have people available. I then called my landlord and she called Stan's to confirm that she did want them to schedule my house for that day (Friday) I took off work for the entire day and waited for them to arrive. And waited and waited. At 430pm I called Stan's and was told that I would be on their schedule on Monday. I work 12 hour days so Friday is a day of overtime and that loss if 12 hours of OT is significant. Plus the fact that now I will have to wait an entire weekend with no water use is complete BS. I work as an HVAC tech and I know what it's like to courtesy call my customers during the day and I also do calls at midnight if needed. This was completely unacceptable.

Stan;s has been to our home twice. The first time to check our non-functional garbage disposal, which they replaced and since that replacement, we have had no problems at all with their work. This time, Stan's came because we had clogged and slow drains throughout the home. David was most professional and knowledgeable about what to do in each case. Most were fairly easy with hair to remove from the sink drains. But two drains required a lengthy work with a small snake and then the next powered larger snake. He worked carefully and methodically to remove the clogs and made sure all drains were flowing freely before he departed. It was wonderful to receive such good and dedicated service from David and Stan's. We highly recommend them for your plumbing and gas heating needs.

Numerous plumbers were called, but some would not come from outside the area unless they had 3 service calls into my area, which they did not. They did not tell me this, but left me wondering why they were not responding in any timely manner. Finally, I reached Stan's Plumbing. They took the service call. They responded within a couple of hours with a service call. The man they sent was quite experienced and confident that he would be able to repair any problem. The plumber worked on our main sewer line as well as other waste water discharge lines in the home. This new home has remained idle for most of the past 3 years, while it was for sale. During that time, various components of the house were not used and one of those was the water. Hot water and cold water pipes needed to be flushed, which we have been doing. Waste water lines needed to be cleaned with corrosion in the lines being a problem. He worked on all the lines and cleared all but one. This last line was not cleared and I worked on it with Drano and my time and effort and have been able to get it working, at least some. I have telephoned the company to have them come out again for clearing the line, and hopefully will be able to supplement this report.
