ST PIERRE'S HOME INSPECTION

Very prompt. Was waiting for us when we arrived. Walked throughout the house, in the attic, and into crawl space. Very thorough. Arrived in a camper which contained his entire office. Inspection, including pictures printed up and provided immediately upon completion of inspection. Because of indications in the report (some electrical outlets were not grounded), an electrical professional was called in. Those outlets in question were found to be properly grounded. All other areas of the inspection were excellent.

Herman St. Pierre arrived at the appointed time. I walked with him as he inspected and tested all appliances, water and drainage, electrical service and all outlets, roof, gutters, and all aspects and areas of the home. His inspection was very good, his writing below the photos was largely illegible, however. and he needs a better system of describing what he observed. He was a thorough inspector.
