+ -1 moreI called the office to schedule a technician to find and repair a water leak. The original call was in May of 2014. Somewhere around the middle of June I spoke to "Jimmy"(returning my call from May) who informed me he was really busy and would call when he saw an opening. When early July rolled around, halfway through summer, I tried to contact the "pool service" again. Now they weren't answering my calls. In retrospect, Thank God for caller ID! Can you imagine if he had done the work and I later had a problem? I wondered how difficult getting a phone call returned if HE OWED ME MONEY? If you have a "Big Job" I don't know how good this guy is. If youre looking for professionalism, punctual reliable service you can count on? I wouldn't touch this guy with a 10 foot pole.

+ -1 moreThey did an awesome job, unbelievable. I had quotes from every pool company in the area and those guys are by far the most knowledgeable and have the best price. They were amazing. They are the best in the area. I would recommend them. For the most part they got everything done when they said they would. What stood out most was the workmanship and the knowledge of the product.
Description of Work: I last used Jimmy's Pool Service about 2 weeks ago to resurfaced my pool, painted it, and put a new pool liner in it.
