Description of Work: "I have recently had the pleasure of doing business with JET on 2 separate occasions. No one wants to have to call a HVAC repairman. Chances are, in South Louisiana, your house is near the temperature of Hades and your pocketbook will take a hit. |Both times,JET came oUT either the same day or the next,was able to diagnos the problem and had the parts to fix the problem right then and there. The cost was more than reasonable. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to troubleshoot noises my AC was making...just a forewarning of a more expensive repair that may be coming down the road. |HVAC repair is not something anyone wants to do. Ever. |JET makes a necessary evil almost pleasurable. |I hope they are in business for quite a long time. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has HVAC needs."

+ -1 moreI am very pleased with their work. Before they gave me a price, they did a comprehensive evaluation of my house. They measured my entire house, each room, including ceiling height and number of windows, to determine the correct size unit needed. Then they did their calculations and came back with several choices for the efficiency ratings of the A/C unit and type of duct work along with prices for each choice. They also included the warranty information for each choice. Once I made my choices they ordered the equipment and were back the next day to start the installation. They tore out the old system and installed the new one and had it running in 1-1/2 days. I thought sure they would have to cut a hole in my ceiling to move the equipment in and out of my attic, but they were able to get everything through the return air vent opening. In summary, I was very impressed with their knowledge and professional installation. Now, two years later, I'm really impressed with the fact that my summertime electricity bills formerly in the $400 - $500 range now average around $150 - $200.
Description of Work: Replaced my entire heating and A/C system including all of the duct work, condenser and evaporator units and natural gas heating unit.
