I purchased the unit 5 years ago from CMC I Called for a service tech on a Friday and requested service for the following week. I had been experiencing several problems over a prolonged period of time. I requested that they send a good technician. The technician came on the Monday morning (he was one of the original installers) and quickly troubleshooted all the problems and solved them immediately. The technician was very professional and courteous and very fast. I very highly recommend this contractor for Lennox The problems were all related and solved in no time and are listed below. The hot water recovery systems was overheating the water heater causing it to trip The ducts in the attic were sweating due to condensation and leaking on the ceiling causing water spots The ducts in the kitchen and bath were sweating and dripping There were small pieces of insulation coming out of the vents occasionally
