Description of Work: Our “high-end” stove was malfunctioning, had sporadic lighting issues, & faulty operating features. Aleman’s Repair Service, Inc. identified all issues without fail. The cost was only a small fraction of the first repairman,(from another company), who couldn’t identify issues with our stove, examined repair manuals in our presence, & wanted to replace features that, as it turned out, were not even the problem. Thank you again Aleman’s Repair Service, Inc. We now keep your contact information in our cellphone address/contact lists.

+ -1 moreOn first visit I was charged $90.00 trip charge. On second visit I was charged $80.00 fee. Labor charge was $35.00 for first visit and $65.00 on second visit. No parts were needed on first visit. Second visit I needed two parts for my dryer. I checked with Sears parts and another parts distributor here and found that Sears charges $24.17 for one part and $3.99 for the other part. I was charged $54.99 and $10.99 for the second part. The parts distributor here had similar charges as Sears. So why was I charged double for one part and triple for the second part by Aleman's ?? Although the technician was only here for less then an hour on both visits and was knowledgeable about the appliance, there is no consistency on labor charges, trip fees and parts costs !!
