+ -1 moreNot counting this one, I've bought 5 homes or condos over the years. I've never had a real estate agent do so much at his own expense to please both the buyer (me) and the seller. He corrected several "issues" that were noted on the home inspection on his own and out of his own pocket. He didn't bother the seller for reimbursement nor was he expecting compensation from me. For example, the water heater was only heating the water to lukewarm. Toney found the cause and fixed it at his own expense. He also replaced some broken water pipes and rotten wood, all at his own expense. This isn?t even the complete list of all the ?little extras? that Toney did to ensure that both the buyer and seller were happy.
Description of Work: Toney was my agent (buyer's agent) for the purchase of a lake house. Note that he was also the seller's agent.
