Description of Work: I was told he would call me back to schedule an estimate. He never returned my call. I tried to contact him again, but he never answered or returned my calls.

+ 0 moreI was totally pleased with the fact that the owner came out and quickly ascertained the problem and repaired the problem efficiently and charged a reasonable fee. I will definitely use Matlock plumbing in the future.
Description of Work: examined tankless system and determined quickly what the problem was . had supplies in truck to effect a repair.

+ -1 moreThe guy from The Matlock Co. shows up like clockwork when you need him. He's not the show up in three days when you call them type. I think they are excellent. They are responsive and have a very reasonable price. They are very cooperative as well.
Description of Work: The Matlock Co. installed steel piping under the house to various places in my house and to the fireplace.
