Description of Work: HE did not know how to repair a lock on a sliding door but took almost the whole day to try. ALL I GOT for my 150 was a screen replaced and it was not done correctly.

+ -1 moreI needed an estimate to replace light fixture with a ceiling fan in home office. Provider returned my call in timely manner and also came to house to review work and give estimate. I did not use provider but will contact him if I decide to proceed with original work or other projects.

+ -1 moreMr. Burcham was very knowledgeable about work that needed to be done. He was personable and he performed the work in a thorough and professional manner.
Description of Work: Replaced and painted facia boards and soffet panels on my home. Also replaced washers and replaced valve stems for exterior faucets.
