After the installation, I had to call Ronnie Mothershed back several times because the leak that prompted the roof replacement continued to be a problem. At first he made efforts to patch the problem area, but then over time, he would not respond when I called. Recently I noticed shingles coming off the roof and, for some time, the roofing material itself had shown signs of being defective. I called Superior multiple times and left messages, which were never returned. I was finally able to talk to Ronnie and he came out to look at the roof. He acknowledged that the roofing material, Certainteed, was defective and said he would come out patch some areas and remove some shingles in order to file a claim on the roof warranty. He never returned. I am having the roof replaced today and the workmanship the current roofers are finding is very bad. I paid for new felt , but the felt under my shingles was the original felt that was under my old slate shingles. All the edges were cut too close with no overhang. Some of the shingles what had fallen out of place had no nail holes in them at all. If you value your money, do not use this company. I regret not patching my old roof, but I really regret using Superior Roofing. Between the continued leaks, repairing interior sheetrock and paint damage and the expense of a new roof, this was an expensive and frustrating mistake.

Did not finish within the time frame quoted. Workers were dropped off - not supervised. One parked on my lawn - when asked why - he said his truck had oil leak and knew I wouldn't want it in my driveway.... (Could have parked on the street - but didn't) Did not cut holes in the eaves where vents were places. I had a squirrel in my attic - told them - they said the would come by and take off a few vents so squirrel could run out . After 3 days - NO SHOW so I got a ladder and removed the vents myself. There were NO holes cut - the vents where placed on the wood. I would have never known this had I not had the squirrel problem.

It turned out to be great. It took them maybe a day or two with the outside to complete the work. It was fast. The work was great. I would use their services again in the future. I would refer them to friends or family members. I would not call anybody else.
